Hallo, ich habe 5 Lizenzen bei Ihnen gekauft und wollte heute im Avada-Konto nachsehen, warum es keine Update mehr für dieses Themen gibt, dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass alle Lizenzen von Ihnen aus dem Konto gelöscht worden sind. Kontaktieren kann man Sie ja scheinbar über Ihre eigene Webseite nicht, daher hier die Frage warum? Bitte teilen Sie mir mit, warum ich keine Updates mehr erhalte. Beste Grüße

We will never remove our customer’s licenses and we have actually given full control to our customers in respect to how they want their licenses to be assigned via the my.avada.com dashboard, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-my-avada/

Hello, urgently need your help please.
I’m getting the white screen of death in the back-end after updating the theme: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
Front-end returns the following message: “The Avada-Core plugin needs to be updated before your site can exit maintenance mode. Please follow this link to update the plugin.” I believe this refers to the Fusion Builder and Fusion Core plugins and are they available separately so I can install theme manually? Otherwise, what’s the workaround? I’m using PHP v7.4.
Grateful if you could provide the resolution please as I really need this resolved urgently.
Update to my previous message, I’ve renamed the child and parent themes so I can access the backend, but really need Avada working urgently. Kindly advise.

The latest version of AVADA probably contains the following bug:
as soon as we change the BUILDER AUTOACTIVATION in the BUILDER OPTIONS, all ROLES except the ADMINS no longer have access to the back-end builder editor for POSTS and PAGES. The corresponding buttons disappear forever when editing, and changing this option to its original state no longer has any effect.
Only restoring the old database will help here.

Your latest update, V 7.11.4, does not fix a Performance Wizard issue we reported over 6 months ago.
Specifically, when we run Avada’s Performance Wizard (Elements section), the wizard is recommending that we activate the elements “Avada Slider” and “Post Cards” thus adding more code to our site if we “accept” the “wizard’s recommendation.” Well, we DO NOT use sliders nor post cards.

Very disappointed. Your latest update, V 7.11.4, made your theme a whole lot heavier and slows down our website even further.
Specifically, your latest update adds more code to several files and adds a new one, called “Swiper” Nuts! It affects our carousels, sliders, and modals. Avada’s Performance Wizard did not help. We had ZERO issues before V 7.11.4

Nothing was added to the latest maintenance update that would negatively affect or slow a site down. You can check the changelog here > https://avada.com/documentation/avada-changelog/
The scope of the latest maintenance update also does not affect or touch the performance wizard in any way.
The swiper file was not added in for 7.11.4 and is not new; it was added quite a few versions back, so there is no effect there either.

Thank you for the quick reply. Two things:
1. What Avada revision level added the file “swiper”? We are quite confident it was added recently.
2. The Performance Wizard continues to suggest enabling elements we are not using and is suggesting activating performance features that are actually slowing down our website. We got this covered, but thought we’d mentioned it anyway.

I will need to double-check with the dev team how far back, but I do know it was multiple versions (not 7.11.4).
As for the performance wizard, this is the information in the tab:
“In this step, you can disable any Design, Layout and Form Elements you aren’t using. When disabled, the Elements will not load and will therefore not be available in the Builder. Click the ‘Find Recommendations’ button to scan your website and show which Elements you are using.” [SIC]
If you are not using the Avada Slider, for example, then untick to remove.

This is exactly what we’re referring to. The scanner is selecting elements we’re not using. This is the part that needs to be checked.
Also, once you find out what Avada revision adds the swiper file, please advise. We’ll conduct our own testing using pre/post swiper.

The security bulletin you linked mentions the issue with an older version of Slider Revolution (versions up to 6.6.15). Avada already offers the latest Slider Revolution version 6.6.20 which you can install/update under WP dashboard -> Avada -> Plugins page to take care of this.
