Hello, I have had a WordPress LMS for 3 years and I currently have very basic specific problems without support solving it. I want to ask if these problems do not exist with you, to consider moving with you:
1) When a user registers, the nickname and full name fields exist. Once the user finishes their course, the certificate appears with the nickname!. This is incorrect. I have had this problem for 2 years and they have not solved it.
2) When the user does not register, and makes the purchase directly from the courses page, and goes to checkout, upon completion of the purchase, the courses do not appear in their user profile, that is, they cannot take the courses. In this case, if the user decides to go to checkout, an option should be mandatory there to register and enter their password, but in this LMS there is no such option. How does it work with you? Did they already fix it?
3) Every update, the LMS and the theme collapse. And they require that we update their plugins every week. This is exhausting, the question here is: is there the possibility of not updating your plugin to avoid problems, I know that this question is strange, since the updates should be to provide greater security.
4) Do you have the option in the backend to print the certificates?
5) Do you have the additional offline payment option? That is, there are students who come to the establishment and pay in cash, but we need them to register on the website and take the course there. You simply release the course from the backend. Note: I need to keep the other PayPal options.
6) Do you have a demo with credentials to review the options?
7) Do the certificates have an automatic folio number? And in my case, if I move, can I start with a personalized number?

1,7: We use the username and QR Code in the certificate but if you need, we can customize the full name and personalized number for you.
2. When users purchase without registering, they will get a code key to recover the order when they create an account.
3. Our theme doesn’t require the update, you can update it if you need.
4. No we don’t, but the admin can view the profile of students and view the certificates of them.

If you want to use cache for the user logged, you should not enable the HTML cache. You can use WPRocket or some other plugins like LiteSpeed cache with our theme.

Hi, There is a problem with course display on smartphones (e.g. this page https://eduma.thimpress.com/demo-main/course/introduction-learnpress-lms-plugin/lessons/what-is-learnpress/ ). The button to close the lessons menu is outside the window on the right, as a result the menu bar cannot be closed. How to assign a course to another instructor? When instructor A created a course but as an admin want to assign that to instructor B.

Hi. I have an issue after the last update with the categories of the courses. All memory limits are as requested and there are no other technical issues still my categories show there are no courses found. It seems to be a buddypress thing. I really need the categories to show as expected. I don’t want to renew my support service because I think this is something that should work without any special care. Please advice me with a solution for this because I’m losing clients over this error. Thank you

Hi. No, this is not true and I have said this before. If the support service is expired you cannot publish any new topics nor read most of the replies to similar topics. Anyway…I renewed the support and my urgent issue is still unsolved although I opened a ticket 4 days ago. Can you please check all these problems because they are related to things that should work when the theme is purchased. Also, somehow, can you speed up the support service. My sales and traffic are affected by this issue and I will ultimately need to change the theme your support team doesn not reply. Thank you

If you are looking to rank well in the SEO Rankings then steer clear of Eduma. The front end garbage will cause your Insight Speeds to be terrible and you will not rank in search engines. I have posted many times on your FORUM, as always directed. They always say the same thing, install a cache plugin only to then tell me to remove it as it conflicts with the registered members being able to log into their learnpress courses they paid for. Fact is, the script has to much css and java on the front end that causes the search spiders to ignore the index and causes very poor insight loading scores, fails everytime. With such a large amount of traffic, you should rent a VPS from AWS or Google Cloud, and then install your website there. At the same time, you should also apply Redis Cache in combination with a Cache plugin like LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket.
Regarding CDN, you can use Cloudflare, Cloudfront, or Bunny CDN.
