The website the theme was registered on no longer exists, so have no access to deactivate the registration. How can I do this without having to pay US$49.88, which is almost AU$100 for support renewal just to able to deactivate the registration? I logged into QODE Interactive website to ask for help, but it doesn’t show in my supported products? I had bought 2 registration codes for this same theme. I just need to know how to deactivate the one that has no website, so no website access anymore.

Hello, how can I show the Bridge Woocommerce Dropdown Cart at the Header Bottom Right on mobile devices? It gets hidden and I can’t find the way of showing it

Thanks for writing in! This widget area is intentionally disabled on mobile – to enable it, paste the following CSS in Qode Options -> General -> Custom CSS field:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
     header .header_bottom_right_widget_holder {
         display: table-cell;
        padding-right: 12px;
    }
     header .header_bottom_right_widget_holder .shopping_cart_outer {
         display: table;
    }
 }

You can try with this CSS but in order to be sure we will need your website url in order to be able to check this.

We want to purchase the Bridge theme and we use WP-Staging for a staging site on the same domain. Can we use the one license on both the Live and Staging site since it is on the same domain or is that considered 2 instances?

However, the person that was managing it used their own Envato account to update our site but the tolken API for Envato is no longer there. Is there a way we can get our template updated some how with our purchase code?

Hello, I installed the latest version of Bridge and all my plugins are updated and site is running on PHP 8.2 There seems to be a conflict with Slider Revolution and bridgecore plugin. If they are both active my site is extremely slow and the pages don’t load correctly. Is there a way to fix this or access older versions of these plugins so that my site will work?

Hi, bridge core extention also break my site when all plugins has been disabled. Manually updated 30.01 to 30.02 via ftp, nothing happen.

After php upgraded 7.1.33 to 7.3.25, site works again.

Issue seams PHP version related.
