Hi, I have a presale question. How much is your theme secure? Is it 0 hackacble?
Hello, @kazemguru,
Thank you for reaching out. While we strive to ensure our themes are as secure as possible, it’s important to understand that no software can guarantee complete immunity from hacking. Security is an ongoing effort, and there are measures you can take to enhance the security of your website.
One crucial step is to ensure that your WordPress core, plugins, and themes are always up to date. This helps patch any known vulnerabilities and strengthens your site’s defenses against potential attacks.
In addition, we recommend using reputable security plugins like “All In One WP Security,” which is fully compatible with our theme.
By staying proactive and implementing these security best practices, you can significantly reduce the risk of your site being compromised. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Problems with UDesign-Core Plugin
I bought several licenses for UDESIGN and all of them worked great, but today a customers homepage totally crashed because the site is not able to update the UDesign-Core Update. I didn’t want to renew the support, because the customer want to change the complete website next week. But I’m not happy about the complete site now is not longer working probably without any possibilities to contact the support.
Hello, @Bildfabrik,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Could you provide more details regarding the specific challenges you’re encountering with the update process for the Udesign Core plugin?
Is the issue isolated to the core plugin itself?
If feasible, could you provide further elaboration or even screenshots of the problem to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding?
You can still contact us via our support system here: https://d-themes.com/udesign-support/
Hello, @79design,
Appreciate your selection of the Udesign theme.
To customize the header, leverage the capabilities of the page builder Elementor. Easily incorporate elements such as menus or search functionalities into the header based on your specific requirements.
Refer to the provided video link for a step-by-step guide: https://uploadnow.io/f/KkxpRcx
Ah terrific. Can this be done with WP Bakery too or only Elementor?
Can you also confirm for me, if a site is using Sidebars with menus, if they will remain, providing the Theme Demo Import isn’t set to “replace all content”...?
As they have many pages with sidebars and menus. We need to know that these will remain. Finally, does it work on with ACF?
Hello, @79design,
You can leverage Elementor page builder for making modifications specifically to the header section.
When importing a demo, there’s an option to override existing content. This means the demo content will be imported without replacing any existing content on your website.
However, in doing so, there’s a risk that layouts may become broken, necessitating further modification.
A more robust solution involves backing up your site, then importing fresh demo content and restoring the backed-up pages.
Lastly, we’d like to confirm that the Udesign theme is indeed compatible with the ACF plugin, allowing you to integrate it seamlessly.
I think considering how many plugins and pages they have, it would be better to import it, and leave content on there. Sorry you may have missed the question about WP Bakery – can the import and layouts all be imported with WP Bakery instead of Elementor, or is it Elementor only?
Hello, @79design,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Importing the content while leaving it intact seems like a prudent approach. However, ultimately, the decision regarding whether to override the existing content or not is entirely up to you. We’ve outlined the potential strategies for both options, and we’re here to support whichever direction you choose.
Regarding your concerns about importing demo content with WPBakery, we’d like to clarify that our demos are specifically tested for smooth compatibility with Elementor. We do not guarantee seamless importation with the WPBakery page builder. We hope this explanation is clear.
Can you tell me if: a) there is a monthly charge to use Elementor, or is it free, with free updates, with your theme, and; b) can your theme demos be imported with WP Bakery instead of Elementor?
Hello, @79design,
a) Udesign theme is fully compatible with the free version of Elementor, allowing you to utilize its features seamlessly. With our theme, you’ll receive free updates that align with any updates to the Elementor free version.
However, if you opt for Elementor Pro, a separate license will be required for access to its premium features. This license will enable you to update Elementor Pro accordingly. I hope this clarifies any questions you may have. Please
b) We’ve thoroughly tested our demos to work smoothly with only Elementor, not with WPBakery. The Demos are only available to import with the Elementor page builder, we appreciate your understanding.
Thanks. Can you confirm tho, that there is an import optiojn to import it with WP Bakery instead? IE the Interior Design Demo – when you import, does it give the option to import it with WPB… ? Are you able to run it for me, just to see if it does work – ie the ‘sliding doors’ feature at the top?
Hello, @79design,
Thank you for reaching out again. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, at this time, the WP-Bakery plugin is not included in the list of recommended plugins for the Udesign theme. As such, importing the demo content with WP-Bakery is not available for now.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Hi. Can you show me the Library where I can see the Studio of designs that can be imported into any given page please? We maybe using your Online School demo, but while we need that for the Courses, we may choose a different header or Hero Banner. Thanks.

Hi, I have a big problem. I want to edit the footer, header, any page. I open the Elementor but nothing happens, just LOADING. What could be the problem? I get this message: Unable to modify? Enable Safe Mode Having problems loading Elementor? Please enable Safe Mode to resolve the issue.
Hello, @SDV2020,
Could you kindly review the provided article to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue at hand? https://elementor.com/help/cant-edit-with-elementor/
Thanks for answering. I solved the problem by downgrading Elementor.

Dear Team
I am selling software products. For each software product that I sell, I want to have a product menu underneath the Main Menu. Each product menu will have a few main menu items (Overview, Features, Pricing, Downloads, Feature Compare, etc).
Is this possible to do? I cannot find any documentation mentioning this.
Thanks in advance,
Rene
Hello, @renejdm,
Thank you for reaching out with your inquiry about creating product menus for your software products. We understand the importance of having a streamlined and user-friendly interface for each software product.
After reviewing your request, we would like to suggest two possible solutions for implementing product menus:
Create Layouts for Each Product Based on Categories:
Utilize the Udesign theme’s built-in feature for creating single product builder and layouts based on products/categories.
Generate layouts specifically tailored to your products or categories and assign these layouts only on specific products/categories.
Add custom blocks to the single product pages header within these layouts to include your desired menus.
This approach allows for a structured presentation, ensuring that users can easily navigate through essential sections like Overview, Features, Pricing, Downloads, Feature Compare, etc.
Enable Products to Edit with Elementor:
Enable the option “Enable the products to edit with Elementor” for greater flexibility.
Take advantage of Elementor’s capabilities to add custom blocks or direct menus within the product descriptions.
Enhance the product pages by incorporating visually appealing and informative menus.

Thank you for your detailed answer.

Hello, I am with Udesing and the “Corporate 1” template.
On the main page, I have a photo on the banner that is very light in color, almost white….so I have to put the menu letters in black so that they can be seen well.
When I slide down, the “sticky” comes into operation, that is, the background at the top changes to black and is placed above the image…I like this effect!...but the menu is not visible because Its letters are still black.
Is it possible to change the color of the menu letters to white ONLY when the sticky is activated?
Hello, @Chus81,
You can change the background color of the sticky menu bar.
To modify the background color of the sticky menu bar, follow these steps:
Access the header through Elementor.
Navigate to the specific section containing the sticky menu.
Scroll down to find the option for changing the background color.
Adjust the color settings accordingly.
Save the changes and revisit your site to verify the updated settings.
Please refer to the accompanying images for visual guidance.

Yes, I know him.
But what I want is not to change the background, what I want is to change the color of the menu when it becomes sticky
Hello How do I deregister this theme on a website? The website it is registered to is no longer in existence. Thanks
Hi, is it safe to update to new versione of theme? ty
Hi, After updating theme to latest version today, we lost the design. Looks like you have removed option to import/export theme options. Is there any way we can import previous theme option code? Or anyway to get previous design back?
Hello, @EnvatoCreatoren,
I apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced after updating the theme. To prevent such issues in the future, it’s crucial to take a complete backup of your site before performing any updates. This ensures that you have a safety net in case unexpected challenges arise.
To address the current situation, I recommend the following steps to attempt to restore your previous theme design:
Import/Export Theme Options:
If you have the theme options downloaded, you can navigate to your WordPress dashboard, then go to “Udesign” > “Theme options” > “Miscellaneous” > “Import/Export/Reset theme options.” Please refer to the provided image for a visual guide: https://postimg.cc/bG1D1bdZ
Rollback Theme Version:
Additionally, you can try rolling back the Udesign theme version by going to “WP-Dashboard” > “Udesign” > “Management” > “Rollback version.” This may help in reverting to a previous version and restoring the layout you had before the update.
I hope these steps prove helpful in recovering your previous theme design. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out: https://postimg.cc/xJYk5Cbt
Ok. Theme was not activated so it didn’t show the options. But after activating it, I tried again to import the previous theme options and it didn’t work. Also tried creating new layout using Integrated layout builder, it throws error when builder loads (Elementor template builder),
I have submitted the support request please check

Hi,
Pity you didn’t migrate the original prebuilt sites when doing the complete new UDesign theme, some of them were better than the current prebuilds !!
Hello, @tommyt,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent update to the UDesign theme. We appreciate your feedback and understand your sentiments about some of the original prebuilt sites. The decision to update the theme was made to ensure compatibility with the latest technologies, features, and coding standards. Unfortunately, this meant that some older functionalities, including certain prebuilt sites, had to be retired.
The old version of the UDesign theme was becoming outdated, and maintaining it would have posed challenges for future compatibility. Our goal with the update was to provide a more robust and feature-rich experience for all our customers. While we understand that change can be challenging, we believe that the latest version of the theme offers significant improvements and opens up new possibilities for your website.
We value your input, and if there are specific features from the old prebuilt sites that you found particularly beneficial, we’d be happy to explore options for incorporating them into the current version or providing alternative solutions. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.
Thank you for your understanding.
yes thank you for that, I was referring to the design on the templates, some of them just looked better than the current ones, they can be replicated but would be easier not to have to start from scratch
Hello, @tommyt,
Alright! Certain homepage designs from the legacy Udesign theme are accessible in the Udesign Studio library, such as the one featured here: https://postimg.cc/Ny8hPmp3
Moreover, we highly appreciate your feedback on these matters. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are committed to addressing these concerns. We’ll be actively working on making these templates accessible for you.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
