That won’t be possible. Our demos are all built with the composer. PRO demos like the Momentum demo are built with the composer fully, the homepage and the templates as well. WPBakery has been an option plugin since the composer was introduced. We only still provide it for theme users that have not yet switched to the composer, or can’t switch to it for various reasons. But the theme’s main builder is the composer. if you need help customizing the Momentum demo, due tot its more complicated design, we can help. The easiest way for us to help is by having access to the website, that is why my suggestion is to contact us by email, provide a link to the website and admin login, and mention what you want to do. We will help and also explain how the demo design is built. Let us know at any time.

That is possible, both the composer and WPBakery can be active at the same time. But please don’t use both editors on the same pages. In case there are any issues, maybe with the design in case you are using cloud templates, let us know.

Is there a way to sticky one particular post on top of the specific category?

That depends. Normally a block can’t have one sticky/fixed post and display the others dynamically. It is either a dynamic sorting or a fixed sorting, for the entire block or grid. Maybe it can be done using two blocks or more. Like for example instead of using a grid, simulate a grid by using multiple blocks, and then you can have more control over the posts. Most likely you will need a plugin for that. From what I see the theme plugins are not active. Is there perhaps an issue updating/activating the theme plugins? There was an issue that we found with the latest theme version, but I’m not sure if it is what happened on your website. In the meantime we updated the theme package on themeforest and for the automatic update, so if you try updating again there should be no problems. Please let us know.

I was able to downgrade, as luckily I had the previous version saved. I recommend anyone who has this problem to downgrade. I spent 2 days with the website broken and without any response and that was very embarrassing.
I’ve never had a problem like this, it’s a shame.
We are very sorry for the situation. The theme update was tested by us quite a lot, same as always. But in this case there was an issue that happened in very specific cases, which should be fixed now. The theme package has been updated on themeforest and for the automatic update, I suggest updating again.

The category tag displayed in the blocks, grids, loops, etc. is the primary category of the post https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/ If you do not set a primary category manually, then the theme will display the first one alphabetically, in case the post has more than one category. If you want a specific category to be displayed as the tag, you can use the primary category setting from the post edit screen. Had to undo the lastest update because the new one “destroyed” the design of my start page. Suddenly only the mobile design was visible on the desktop and most of the images didn’t load.

It should appear eventually, sometimes it takes more time however. The RC version is a testing version, not the final theme package. You could update the theme manually, by downloading it from your themeforest account and installing it on the website. Are you planning to prepare a new upgrade, considering that the last one has completely disabled many websites? The update froze for me during first plugin verification, and then the site gave an error that it couldn’t connect to the database. I’m afraid some of us will now be stuck on old theme versions because not everyone is experiencing issues with it.

TagDiv Composer theme update
In the last update my site breaks and I had to go back to the previous version of the theme, specifically when installing the “tagDiv Composer” the server breaks and the database hangs, someone has had that same problem
Apparently they don’t answer, they haven’t said if they have a new update to correct the error that is stuck in the installation of the “tagDiv Compose” plugin.

When I install the prebuilt template “newspaper_pro” with it’s content, the “Features” option is not present in the main menu and the documentation does not tell how to reproduce a menu item with subtitle. The demo includes the “Features” item but when installed it is not present, is this by choice?

That menu item is for showcasing the theme features, it won’t be included in the imported demo menu. It is a simple drop down menu, with some customization for it. I’ve never had such a serious problem with the theme. I did what I always do, I updated the theme to the most current version and when trying to install the plugins, I noticed that it was taking much longer than usual.
I tried accessing the website and nothing. It breaks in such a way that nothing can be done. It keeps trying to load, but it won’t open.
I accessed FTP, renamed the plugin folder, the site came back, I accessed the wordpress panel and deleted the plugin, installed it again, but when I clicked on activate, it presented the same problem.
I have 2 specific questions:
1) I had a lot of work to make the site how I wanted it using tagDiv Composer. Will I lose all the customizations I made or will it be saved in the database? That would be quite frustrating.
2) What is the quickest way to resolve this problem? Would it be sending the requested access data?
I ask you to please help me, I am very worried about this situation.

We will check as well. In the meantime I suggest trying updating again, we made a modification in the composer and there should be no more issues. Deleting, renaming, reinstalling the theme don’t have any effect on the website content. The theme panel, pages, templates, etc. are all saved in the website database.

Hello guys, fantastic theme!
But…
For some reason none of the “loop” options to display blog posts lists aren’t working. I don’t know if it was due to the update or not, but they just don’t work. I Set it up to show 4 columns with Featured image, title, excerpt, etc… but bugs out and shows up with only one row…no image…title color completely off…
Since this is apparently the only option that allows to use standard pagination, it is really bad :/
Could you clarify if this is a known issue that is being fixed?

The loop looks quite unusual, from what I see there is important CSS missing from it. On the other hand, in a category page the same loop displays correctly. Have you maybe tried clearing the cache, also CDN if used? Maybe its something that affects only the homepage.
