You can definitely use Avada for such a website however for taking payments, you would need to use WooCommerce. Avada is fully compatible with WooCommerce and it is used by tens of thousands of customers to sell products/services like those.

Submenus of the main menu are placed below the page or post. So the pull-down menu is not visible because it is covered by the text. It’s like overlapping layers. This phenomenon does not appear in pages or posts written with basic text, but only appears in posts written using Back-end Builder. Is this some kind of bug?

One could say that the HubSpot plugin is kinda advertised inside Avada since it’s visible and close to Avada’s own plugins along with some other premium plugins.
Avada has an incredible amount of users so you have some influence. Would it be possible that you would negotiate a sweet HubSpot discount for all Avada users?

Thank you for your prompt answer. I’m not a HubSpot specialist so I don’t know for sure what I’m talking about. But what I do know is that HubSpot offers also paid features, and individuals/businesses can subscribe to them starting around 20 dollars a month.
What I meant was, if an Avada user might find himself in need of a such subscription could you imagine yourselves negotiating a discount for us?

I am afraid for premium features as such, this will indeed require a stand alone license, currently Avada does not offer any way to purchase a license on behalf of customers so no discount on that is a possibility.

it appears it only happens on chrome on android 12. I fixed it adding z-index to the background image. doesn’t happen on desktop

It surely does, I am personally running PHP 8.2 and we have customers on PHP 8+ as well, so this could be due to some other reasons such as incompatibility between some other 3rd party plugin(s).

I have just bought my 11th licence, this theme rocks!
I do have a small problem with my latest wensite. Somehow no matter what I do, the website has some slow database queries when linked with woocommerce. I am using latest version: WP Version: 6.4.3 Server Info: nginx/1.24.0 PHP Version 8.1.27 PHP Post Max Size: 1 GB PHP Time Limit: 600 PHP Max Input Vars 10000 ZipArchive: ✔ cURL: ✔ PHP Mail: ✔ MySQL Version: 8.0.33 Max Upload Size: 1 GB
If I disable theme or woocommerce, everything is back to normal. I have just used the prebuild website. The only active plugins were: Avada Builder Avada Core WooCommerce

For the slow DB queries issue, please see that you have “order attribution” setting disable under WP dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Features as that is known to cause this issue in recent WooCommerce version.

Thank you for amazing theme, but…since last 7.11.4 update I have problems with images. Almost at all pages. Especially – with galleries.
The matter is as follows – trying to add image into the builder (does not matter – live or not) I upload it (or them if that is gallery) to the Media Library and… there are some EMPTY images inside the Media Library. They for sure does not inserted into the page
Refreshing the page several times – images disappeared/appeared randomly and at last – shown all…
The first and main question – is there is a way to roll back Avada to previous version to check that fact > I used galleries only 2 day ago – everything was excellent. May be any thoughts?

I like the Avada theme, it is very complete. But since the new update 7.11.4 I have some problems that I consider that are bugs and I shouldnt have to pay support assistance for them.
Since I update Avada to 7.11.4 and its fusion builder plugin, the countdown doesnt work properly.
For example in one of my pages (https://invitify.es/bodas/marta-fernando-pruebas/), with only a countdown in the page which doesnt run, there are serveral errors:
- Uncaught TypeError: e.doCountDown is not a function - Several: uploads/fusion-styles/Array 404 (Not Found) -> And the files are in the folder/server.
This happens in all the pages with countdown and I did not update or change anything more than Avada to the newes version 7.11.4.

First of all, thank you for your answer.
I checked the countdown and it continues not working anymore. I tried with different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge and Samsung Browser on mobile). Also I tried it as an admin of my site and as a not logged user. In a normal view and privacy view.
The countdown is shown, but numers doesnt move. It is stuck always in the same hour, minute and second and only changes if you refresh the page, but also get stuck.
This happens since I update to the newest version 7.11.4 and the Avada fusion Builder.
I am thinking about paying support extension, but not for things that I consider that are bugs because it crashed after update the theme and its Avada plugins.

The link above shows countdown working for me without any issues, it is counting down for me so if you are seeing something different that could simply mean caching, try from a different device perhaps, it is not possible for me to add a video in the comments so can not provide that however I do not see any issues on the link above.

As I said before, I tried it using different browsers and from different devices and the countdown doesnt move. It happens in the frontend (non logged user view).

In order to respond your comment, I dont consider correct to pay around $50 for support about something cause by updating the theme and the Avada plugins. Of course yes about paying it for doubts or errors caused by me, but not for things that appear with a new version update.

For your information, I solved my issue about the countdown which doesnt run. Is seems that after updating Avada theme, there is a problem when the plugin “HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat” is activated. If I deactivate it, everything works great. This started happening after I update Avada Them.

If you are using our mega menu builder, it definitely doesn’t work with the legacy headers, you will need to use our layout builder to create a new custom header in this case and should definitely be able to replicate any of our classic header, you will actually find most of them added in our ready to use Avada Studio templates.

Thank you Ammar, but in this case I need to make whole bunch of work, The default legacy header use different logos depending on the screen size. For example retina size which is twice bigger. Does it mean that I will need to create like 5 different headers for different devices and screen sizes? In Avada Studio template there is no standard (legacy) headers1-5 =(

No, the image element when set to dynamically show logo will give you option to select which logo to show, or simply select to show all, also you can use rendering option to actually show different content on different devices without any issues.

Hi, how can the Fusion contact form in the Contact page template be turned off so it does not show in the page? In Avada options > Contact template there is no switch to turn it off completely. Please advise.
I understand it can be hidden via CSS but i wish to turn it off completely so its not in the page source code.

A better option is to simply not use the contact template, we already have a full fledged Avada Form builder that you can use to craft your own custom forms which can be placed anywhere on the site, also the Google Map element if you are using the contact template for that reason.

Hello, after the latest WordPress upgrade my website memory spikes up and I get a 503 error that is only resolved when I deactivate the woocommerce plugin. As soon as you activate the woocommerce plugin the website goes back to error 503. And this only happens with the Avada Theme, my other themes are working fine with the same woocommerce plugin.

Hello, urgently need your help please.
I’m getting the white screen of death in the back-end after updating the theme: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
Front-end returns the following message: “The Avada-Core plugin needs to be updated before your site can exit maintenance mode. Please follow this link to update the plugin.” I believe this refers to the Fusion Builder and Fusion Core plugins and are they available separately so I can install theme manually? Otherwise, what’s the workaround? I’m using PHP v7.4.
Grateful if you could provide the resolution please as I really need this resolved urgently.
