Hello, I have just updated Porto to the latest version and i’m now seeing an error on the checkout page under the payment options: “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.” This was working fine before

This error is in the template

This ID is somehow written in the template and after deletion it will damage the template.

Thanks for your explanation, we have conducted the test and found that this is not our theme issue, but that is because of the Menu.

Unfortunately, this kind of frame is not possible with the CSS code nor there is an option in WooCommerce itself to add the frame on the product images. To solve your issue you have to configure/edit the images like this in Photoshop or by hiring a graphic designer and then upload the images to the products. I really liked this template, but I’m a little scared with some things I saw. A friend of mine bought this template and recently I saw a problem on his site. When you go to mobile, the drop down menu does not work.

It seems like you’re encountering an issue related to the max_input_vars directive in your PHP configuration. This directive defines the maximum number of variables that can be accepted in one request. When you’re saving your template with a menu added, it’s likely causing the number of variables to exceed the default limit, hence the error message.
To resolve this, you need to increase the value of max_input_vars in your php.ini file. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Locate your php.ini file. This file typically resides in your PHP installation directory.
2. Open php.ini in a text editor.
3. Search for the max_input_vars directive. It might be commented out with a ; at the beginning of the line.
4. If you find it, modify the value to a higher number. If you don't find it, you can add it at the end of the file. For example:
max_input_vars = 2000You can adjust the number according to your needs, but a value higher than 1325 should resolve your issue.
5. Save the php.ini file and restart your web server for the changes to take effect
