Having an issue that I cannot find the resolution for. and I can no longer log into the support area for some reason, the actual password is no longer working and the system is not sending out a password reset email. The problem I am seeing is that when the child theme is activated, the checkout form no longer shows the coupon area at the top of the page, it loos as if it attempts to wrtie that portion then it disappears. . I get the coupon section on the cart page but not the checkout page. If I keep the child theme activated and remove all the child “files” I still get the same issue. Any suggestions? I can give you access to check it .. but I cannot get into the support areas as I mentioned. As a note, I have deactivated all plugins except woocommerce, no difference, when I change the theme to Porto (no child) the coupon is now displayed again,. If I use a different theme, the coupon secion shows up. it is only when the child theme is activated that I lose the coupon section. As a note I am not using the “child customization area, I am using selected files that I copied from the woocommerce plugin and modified as needed. and to mention again I have tried removing all those files with the child selected and the problem reappears. For the password reset email, we kindly suggest you to please try again after clearing the cache and also try to check your email SPAM folder as well.

That Custom Code might be under

Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, 
OR might be in the Child Theme style.css file 
OR might be in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS 
OR might be added in the page Custom CSS option by editing it.

Hello, The search module (in the header) does not display correctly on my site (https://estragon.be). Both mobile and desktop versions. HI, im an intermediate user looking for a new shop/commerce theme. (my old one is no longer being updated). I m wondering, if I install your theme, will my basic things be the same out of the box, ie will I still retain my products and descriptions in the dashboard and some of the basic layout functions or will I need to start from scratch? Hi Porto,

I have installed a typical pluggin for the button “sticky add to cart for moviles”: WPC Sticky Add To Cart for WooCommerce. Suggested by Woocommerce support team. For any reason this pluggin is not addapting for Porto. And I have tried 5 or more similar pluggins and are not adapting for Porto. Button is not visualized at the bottom.

You can check on movile: https://www.candleart.es/vela-limpieza-negra/ the button is not visualizaed and at the bottom of all in the movile is appearing the product of the pluggin but not adapted in a button, maybe I have to activate something of the theme?

hello , we are having a sync and connection problem with manageWP when we activate porto theme additional to problems with wpallimports , where we get timeouts and importing stops when the porto theme is active. please advise.

As you can see in first pharagraph the word: Road Opening candle; is a link but is not showed in bold and other colour and I don’t know why.

Else, you can change the color using the Custom CSS as well, for that please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the color in the provided code as per your requirements.

Your site is not working for me, and when you enable the Full Site Editing mode on your site, then you will have the more modifications options, and some of the options which are not necessary for the FSE mode will be removed from the theme options, so please take the complete backup of your site first and then enable the FSE mode on your site and check by yourself to your site. If everything will move smoothly then you can go with it, Otherwise you can again disable the FSE mode and start from the scratch.

hi there. Is it possible to create a second menu, that appear for set pages? If you visit this website, https://www.saintgeorgescofe.kent.sch.uk/, and click Primary in the opening tiles, it goes to a page, wtih a menu just for the Primary area.

Yes, it’s absolutely correct.

Yes, let’s suppose you created two Custom Headers under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header, and you have assigned the first header condition as apply ALL, then it will apply to your complete site, and you have also assigned the second header to the particular page/post/product then it will apply to that particular page/post/product and override the All condition, this is how it works.

And on the phone, the header which will appear on the desktop version will also appear on the phone version as well on that same page.

I’ve been updating the website fine as usual; on the latest update, I select the size and colour for a product, but I continue to get the error message ‘Please choose product options by visiting FY Young Cargo Pants.’ I’m very confused about why this is happening. I see after the latest changelog that AI Engine Model has been updated to gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct, but after updating my theme, I still get the following error: “Error: The model `text-davinci-003` has been deprecated, learn more here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/deprecations". Is there still some issues with the theme and integration or should we wait for another release?

I have checked your site now and finds that you updated the theme to the latest version 7.0.4 but you did not updated the Porto Functionality plugin to the latest version, Its still 3.0.3, so please navigate to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the plugin from there to the very latest version and check back again, I am sure it should solve your issue.
