To resolve this, you need to increase the value of max_input_vars in your php.ini file. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Locate your php.ini file. This file typically resides in your PHP installation directory.
2. Open php.ini in a text editor.
3. Search for the max_input_vars directive. It might be commented out with a ; at the beginning of the line.
4. If you find it, modify the value to a higher number. If you don't find it, you can add it at the end of the file. For example:
max_input_vars = 2000You can adjust the number according to your needs, but a value higher than 1325 should resolve your issue.
5. Save the php.ini file and restart your web server for the changes to take effect
After making these changes, try saving your template again. The error should no longer occur since you’ve increased the maximum number of input variables allowed in PHP.

Having an issue that I cannot find the resolution for. and I can no longer log into the support area for some reason, the actual password is no longer working and the system is not sending out a password reset email. The problem I am seeing is that when the child theme is activated, the checkout form no longer shows the coupon area at the top of the page, it loos as if it attempts to wrtie that portion then it disappears. . I get the coupon section on the cart page but not the checkout page. If I keep the child theme activated and remove all the child “files” I still get the same issue. Any suggestions? I can give you access to check it .. but I cannot get into the support areas as I mentioned. As a note, I have deactivated all plugins except woocommerce, no difference, when I change the theme to Porto (no child) the coupon is now displayed again,. If I use a different theme, the coupon secion shows up. it is only when the child theme is activated that I lose the coupon section. As a note I am not using the “child customization area, I am using selected files that I copied from the woocommerce plugin and modified as needed. and to mention again I have tried removing all those files with the child selected and the problem reappears. Hi Porto,
I have installed a typical pluggin for the button “sticky add to cart for moviles”: WPC Sticky Add To Cart for WooCommerce. Suggested by Woocommerce support team. For any reason this pluggin is not addapting for Porto. And I have tried 5 or more similar pluggins and are not adapting for Porto. Button is not visualized at the bottom.
You can check on movile: https://www.candleart.es/vela-limpieza-negra/ the button is not visualizaed and at the bottom of all in the movile is appearing the product of the pluggin but not adapted in a button, maybe I have to activate something of the theme?

We already have the functionality of the sticky add-to-cart, you can turn it ON/OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product: https://pasteboard.co/ztW085vnJdjk.png
And that will not be visible On the mobile version because we have intentionally disabled it for mobile because of the mobile screen does not have that much space to cover all the content on it on mobile, if you would still like to show it on mobile then you can easily using small Custom CSS code.

Your site is not working for me, and when you enable the Full Site Editing mode on your site, then you will have the more modifications options, and some of the options which are not necessary for the FSE mode will be removed from the theme options, so please take the complete backup of your site first and then enable the FSE mode on your site and check by yourself to your site. If everything will move smoothly then you can go with it, Otherwise you can again disable the FSE mode and start from the scratch.

The issue you are facing is because the page you made is not the home page of your site.

So the pages not the home page have the breadcrumbs enabled, that is why the gape and text is for the breadcrumbs on that page.
In order to remove it, simple edit the page and scroll down to the bottom, under the “Porto View Options” disable the “Breadcrumbs” from there, save changes and check back again, please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/YKFqdI4b9tCk.png

hi there. Is it possible to create a second menu, that appear for set pages? If you visit this website, https://www.saintgeorgescofe.kent.sch.uk/, and click Primary in the opening tiles, it goes to a page, wtih a menu just for the Primary area.
Is that possible? And if it is, how does it work in a phone?
To add to this, I’ve seen that in Porto Header Templates you can creative multiples and assign the headers to individual pages. So you could have two rows of Menu, one for Main, one for “Primary School”. And another with Main and one for Secondary school.
The question is: while these have to each be assigned to their pages, if we set a default Header for ALL, would that work? And would the ‘individual’ headers assigned to such pages, OVER RIDE the ‘default’ header?
Or do you have to setup the Core Default header and literally assign it to every single page and post… which would be compeltely impossible.

What happens to a page where a header is not assigned, such as 300 blog posts? Surely it would default to the main header?

But when we assign a custom head for maybe 10 pages, that will OVER RIDE the default header – is that correct?
So you have a Header (like some of your demos do), but then you setup one header, and state it is to be applied to Page: Contact Us. That will then replace the ‘default’ header.
The other question, is if we created three custom headers (over the default one), how will they appear on a phone? As we will be having TWO menus on these customs.

Yes, it’s absolutely correct.
Yes, let’s suppose you created two Custom Headers under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header, and you have assigned the first header condition as apply ALL, then it will apply to your complete site, and you have also assigned the second header to the particular page/post/product then it will apply to that particular page/post/product and override the All condition, this is how it works.
And on the phone, the header which will appear on the desktop version will also appear on the phone version as well on that same page.
