how many sites or domains can I build with regular license

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Any date we provide now would be an estimate and likely to change. Our team works hard to ensure sites created with past versions work fine after major updates so if that’s a concern, it won’t be a problem if you create a site now and later on update it to Avada 8.

The system is very good and everything is wonderful, but an excellent option is that you can see one of the many themes they have and be able to use some of the sessions of the theme. For example, I want to copy into my design the part where there are 3 images and many texts. Like this or the footer of this design, copy it so that the construction of sites is faster. that are organized by header footer and contain the sessions of the designs and we do not have to copy the entire design to use only part of the design.

There’s a little thing that’s kind of annoying yet quite easy for you guys to implement a fix in a future update. The “form field label color”. As you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/xlfi9iP.png its font color is taken from the “—body_typography-color” var. And it’s annoying because I really don’t want to change my website’s whole base font color just so I can have the form fields’ label colors visible when the background is the same color as them. So an additional option in Avada’s control panel would be a fast and easy way to customize this. Please implement this! Thanks!

We actually already have an option for this inside the Avada Form Options, kindly edit your form and then look for Appearance tab inside the Avada Form Options and you will see an individual styling field for the “Field Label Color” in this case which should change the field label color irrespective of what the body font color is set up.

Since the last update, the Options page has disappeared. I can see all other Avada pages. Is there a way to revert the last update?

A 503 error can be caused due to various reasons, I will suggest you to check with your Hoster and see what is causing this inside the error logs, if you however want our team to take a closer look, this will require opening a support ticket and including your site details.

One of my client’s websites will not update the Avada theme, claiming in a red warning that, “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” They’ve been a client since 2018 to present and I’ve updated their Avada theme every time a new version is released, since developing their site with Avada, properly bought & registered.

I’ve tried re-registering their website with the correct Purchase Code, but it responds with the same warning in red. In my MyAvada account, it shows the registration being active for their domain name, yet on the client’s website’s Avada page, it shows the red warning.

There’s no way to contact Avada support about this on the MyAvada website, since support is expired, but this isn’t a technical support question, but a problem with licensing that should be supported by Avada with an issue like this.

Please let me know how to contact Avada to resolve this issue. I’ve been a customer for many years and hope to hear from you. Thank you.

A very simple solution here is to simply reset your purchase code, there is a possibility that it’s been used on same domain multiple times and in our system requires a reset, you can do that by going to your my.avada.com dashboard and clicking on the blue link button.

Each live production site requires its own separate license so in most cases you will need to purchase a license for each of the sites (even on subdomains). There are a few exceptions to this rule as guided in the “Do I need to buy a new license if I use the theme on a subdomain?” section on below page:

We haven’t officially tested that plugin with Avada however most properly coded plugins will work fine. I’d recommend giving it a shot and see if it works for you. Or try an alternate plugin if you still see issues.

There must be something not setup properly or else updates are free for lifetime and does not require a support account, you should get the updates as far as we are developing Avada and you have the conditions for auto update nag met.

1. Making sure that your Avada purchase is registered.

2. Making sure that you have a default WordPress theme installed (not active)

The problems do not come from the installation because your theme has been running since 2018 but following the last update of the theme, it is impossible to update the two essential plugins (Avada Builder and Avada Core). This gives us information: The update failed: The download failed. Envato API did not respond. Either the purchase code is incorrect or the API is temporarily unavailable. While updating the theme went smoothly!

The Avada theme is generating way too many images for each upload! There must be a way to stop this extra sizes generation which is quickly filling up the hosting plan file limit sizes!
