Hi! Just a question, to be sure what have to be done, before I do a mess. Maybe you’ve had this question a lot. Basically i’m not changing the server/hosting, it remains the same. I have 2 domains hosted at the same place, same hosting. With the main host and also db we had some serious problem (got hacked, lots of malware codes still inside ecc ecc) so we decided to start all over again, even with new Elementor (the “old one” is still on WPBakery), Of course, I would need the theme to activate on the 2nd host&db. It is possible to deactivate it from the 1st host/db and reactivate it on the 2nd host/db without big fuzz, since both are on the same hosting? Thank you guys!
Hi! There is no poblem. If the URL stays the same or has minimal variations this is the same license usage. What you can’t do is make a new website in a totally different domain with the same license.
So if the site is radio.xyz and you more it on a new installation with same domain (radio.xyz) there is no problem
If you move to www.radio.xyz is not problem either
If you move to “somethingelse.xyz” that’s another domain, and it requires a different license.
Thanks for the reply. Then it means I have to get a new license as you’re saying. Because…the hosting/server is the same, same place, but it changes the domain from t-er.org to trance-energy.org ….so as you’re saying this will have an impact. That’s why I wanted to ask. I know there’s a difference between the domains but wanted to know if being on the same place as hosting if might or not have an impact.
Like…deactivating it from t-er.org and reactivating it for trance-energy isn’t possible?

Major domain changes require a new license. * But if you want to move from t-er to trance-energy this IS allowed because is a small variation of the same domain but is same project, same logo, same radio. *

Well…this info came too late ahaha Already got a new license for the new domain. Wasn’t about the $ tho, was more how to make it easier. I like the theme too much to change it so therefor i want to stick with it. So now is like i’m having 2 active licenses. Think I’ll keep on in case in the future I have to make only a slight change in the domain name only (and I hope will not be necessary since now i’m forced to remake the website from 0 due the hack and viruses injected). Oh, thanks guys! Appreciate a lot the gesture. indeed, the theme is always well maintained so that’s why I’m keeping it for years. Actually, before discovering this theme (years and years ago) I was struggling with other themes, especially to find one that supports and is designed for IceCast. It says that you will answer within 1 business day. It’s now been more that 24 hours and nothing. As a matter of fact I had two other requests for another theme that is over 2 years old and no replies.

Hi, there is no URL with a json verison of the schedule or shows, sorry.
Nor we can provide classes on how to manipulate the database to obtain it: it’s simply not part of what we do or include in the support.
It’s possible to extract such data and publish it in JSON: if you extend the support we can provide a function to do so.

Hi, we moved to Elementor and not updating WpBakery anymore. BTW latest updates are about new features which require a personal license to be activated, and there is no difference instead for the Bundle version of the plugin which is included with the theme.
I would strongly recommend to move to the more modern Elementor editor for more features and flexibility.
And how do I switch from Bakery to Elementor?

Hello..i have installed the theme to the website https://paoradio.gr but i have problem with the schedule and how is this appearing to the visitors. It is not synchronized with the real time and the visitors see for example some hours earlier or the previous day. When i login from the wordrpess dashboard everything looks right regarding the schedule. Could you help me where is the problem?

I buil a website on a stage subdomain (n23.flamaplus.com.ec); now I want to use it on a main domain (flamaplus.com.ec) but the licence it’s not working. I already deactivated the licence on a subdomain but the code doesn’t work on a final site. Really Do I need to buy a new one?

1. NO you don’t need an active support to move the site form staging to production. And you don’t need to buy a new license.
Your license was clearly in a staging subdomain ( n23.) and it has been already reissued so you can use it on the root domain. Also, you should please delete the site from the subdomain since it’s not allowed to have 2 instances running with the same license, which is a violation and is not allowed.
If you want to have a permanent test/staging site alongside their live site, for testing purposes, you will need 2 licenses.

I’m sorry but you can’t build a new website with the same license key.
A license can be used to create 1 end product. Each installation requires its own license code.
You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme.
Deactivating or deleting a previously used license doesn’t entitle the license to be reused for a new website.

The information in our possess is where you installed the software (a root domain named palmbeat.co) and when ( Jun 4, 2022 ).
If the installation is in localhost, .local, 127.0.0.1, or “staging.site.com” or any staging subdomain, that could be accounted as staging or testing.
Do you have any additional information to support the information that was a staging location? (screenshot or similar?)

Excellent! In this case could you please reissue code ending in 9f89838ec97e as we need to move our license (still a test/staging site) from submit.mydomain.com to dev.mydomain.com. We never activated that license to go into production.
submit.mydomain.com does not have your theme any longer and all files associated with it have been removed as you instructed but still unable to activate the aforementioned code on dev.mysite.com

I have two licences, neither are in use anymore, but I want to redo the sites with this theme. I need to be able to deactivate the licences so that I can build them locally, and then reactivate them on the same domains again. I have tried your helpdesk but it will not even let me raise a ticket to get help
About licenses, you can use it on the same domain where it was activated. You can only move it from staging to production once. We can’t provide additional reissues.
The quick solution for you which is also the best solution is to use “local by flywheel” so you can make locally the same URL as the online domain, and the license will work. Then seamlessly clone the site online, and no update is required to the database.
