Hi, I’m using this great theme (in two websites) with Japanese language. I would like to use also the “Table of contents” elements in my posts.
The H2 and H3 balises are in japanese of course, but the system doesn’t recognize this language. Instead of オートミールの効能を知って, the anchor automatically changes to something like that “%e3%82%aa%e3%83%bc%e3%83%88%e3%83” for example. So, the anchor link doesn’t work.

i added arabic option by translate TranslatePress plugin all is ok but when i add image in arabic mode it’s same affect in english page why ? i want every mode separated , i talk about media images

Hi. The share element on estate4 seems to be broken. The top and bottom lines do not have the same length. I can’t use the wiget setion anymore. I get a bunch of errors in the developer tools: The “custom_html” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 () – https://downsouthsa.co.za/ any idea why?

Hi, How well does Be work with “Rank Math SEO”? I’m also interested in whether it has a multi-currency option for the site or support for third-party plugins with multi-currency? And is there a built-in countdown timer? Also a question about attributes for the product catalog. 2) We never used any plugin for multi currency but any plugin compatible with WooCommerce should work.

4) Yes, it is possible to change product photo according to color attribute. You can check it on https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme-store/product/besmartwatch2/
5) You can limit search to products only.
6) We never use LiteSpeed but we have customers who use it and we didn’t noted any issues.

“Your card number is incomplete.”
I tried it with 3 different stripe plugins. If I make the theme 2024 there is no problem. If I choose Betheme, “Your card number is incomplete.” when I try to place order. (all other plugins are closed)

In Betheme, if I save the test credit card in the Payment methods field in my normal user account, the problem is solved. (In 2024 theme, I do not need to save the card on my account page) The source of the problem is that the card is not saved in the payment method on the My Account page. I think a solution can be found from here.

The support team resolved it quickly. He found that the problem was because there was a 3rd party shortcode in the pop-up. The form plugin containing the shortcode was inactive. Deleting the shortcode in the pop-up template fixed it. Amazing support ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I think you have a bug in the portfolio. Suppose you have 12 items. You use the portfolio shortcode, to show 4 projects and also filters. Suppose you have 5 categories: 1. Utility, 2. Office, 3. Datacenter, 4. Industry, 5. Houses. The latest 4 projects are all category 3.
So if someone selects a different category, lets say, Utility. Then nothing shows up. Instead of loading the portfolio items with that category, no results are shown. It only works with the latest 4 items that have a specific category.
Do you understand? What I mean? Usually regardless of category of latest portfolio-items, the filter should work.
