Hello,
I have tried every “Woo Product template” in your Shop Cloud templates directory and none of them work when unchecking the “Visible on the product page” under “Attributes” section of a product. It has no effect. The attributes selection drop-downs, buttons, colors, etc. still appear on the product page. Any thoughts on how to correct this? Thank you.

I believe you will also have to uncheck the “used for variations” option. Pre-purchase: I want to buy this theme to use the job_hunt_pro demo, but I noticed that it was missing some features, such as: a page template with a layout based on the website demo, contact pages or shortcodes that enable ready-made features developed for the job site template; This would be easier for those who don’t know much about programming.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To clarify, the theme doesn’t require programming knowledge. A directory listing demo will however require working with custom post types, taxonomies, custom fields. Installing the demo will add those in the ACF plugin. The Jobs demo uses 3 custom post types, company, jobs, job application. Registered users can add companies and then jobs for them, through submission pages. Interested visitors can also register and apply for the jobs, which will create a job application. This functionality can be integrated with paid subscription, for example if the user subscribes to a plan, they can add 1 company and 1 job, other plans will allow more and so on.
If you want to create more pages for the website (contact, about, etc.) these can be built with the composer. For some demos we provide extra pages, but not for all of them. You could for example import contact and about pages from other demos https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages and customize them to match the demo design. There are a few of them in the cloud library. or you can build your own pages with the composer.
In terms of shortcodes, I’m not sure what exactly you mean. The whole demo is built with shortcodes, from the composer.
Of course, we will provide assistance as well for the theme. We will help as much as we can.

And if you want the same animations and effects, sliders, etc. it will require custom work. Also it may require extra plugins. If you are interested in custom work, there is much more to discuss. The website will have to be analyzed in detail, in order to calculate how much time it will take to build, depending on what you want to do on your website. It is hard to tell what it will take to build a website based on an example, without analyzing each element from it in detail. I believe you have submitted a custom work request, please continue there with my colleagues.

Hello I am trying posts form link to post but I couldn’t figure out. It opens all posts but no post is opening and there is no option to select a category. I want it for only a specific category. is it possible?

First it is important to understand how that element works, and what it is for. An example of when it is useful is the Jobs demo, mainly the job submit page https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_job_hunt_pro/submit-job/ This element is the link to post element https://prnt.sc/8AAcshk6p8-_ Both the companies and the jobs are custom post types, and the link to post element is what connects the companies to the jobs. The element can be set to display only the posts that the logged in user created https://prnt.sc/K26BR6XATI9t so the user can in this case select their company and connect it to the job. The element will display posts, not categories. It depends on what exactly you want to do with it. While the theme search elements do have a few settings for customizing the search, they don’t have options to search in specific categories, or include/exclude categories. RTL IN HEBREW Does the theme have a setting button to align text to the right or center that the posts are written from right to left and the text aligned to the center starts and ends in the same place line under line as in Word, this can fit all languages and does not require support for writing from right to left

The design can be customized with the composer for a RTL website, but there’s no RTL button or switch to convert the whole website at once. The easiest way to build a RTL website, especially for a new theme user, is to begin with installing one of the RTL demos we provide https://prnt.sc/l1T-0aNn1VGO -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/ Converting a different demo to RTL or creating your own design will require some knowledge of using the composer.

Does the theme work well with elementor the site is hosted by them?

We recommend using our composer if possible https://tagdiv.com/live-visual-builder/ because most of the theme features are for it. The theme can be considered compatible with elementor, meaning that you can use elementor to build pages if needed. But the theme doesn’t provide any features for elementor. Our theme is built around the composer, and we strongly suggest using it in order to benefit from all the theme features.

There’s some problem with the last update. A lot of POST /wp-json/tdw/save_css coming nonstop. I had this problem in the past with another version but solved it checking off css options on theme panel.

Yeah, there’s multiple request, I’ve blocked it from cloudflare, saw that on you’r forum.

That is the best way to deal with such attacks, because the website won’t be affected by it. Cloudflare will block any requests that match the respective URL. Eventually the attack will stop, sometimes it takes a few days and sometimes longer before it stops. Let us know if we can help.

Is light speed cache plugin ok with this since I installed it things don’t seem right it keeps going back to newspaper logo and changes to the headers on the categories on the home page don’t save it says saved but a typo on the one of the headers remains and I install pre made demo but on mobile site is the same can you recommend a good free cache plugin?

The litespeed plugin works fine with the theme, but it may need some testing to find the right configuration. I just updated the theme on a new site and am unable to register it with my purchase code, each time i try to click on “Activate theme” i get a wordpress error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” it’s frustrating, how do i fix?
Also when i try to update a setting on my theme panel it keeps loading forever without it been saved.
PS: I already updated my server settings to conform to the theme demands.

I had a look at the links you gave but it seems it is not possible to edit an existing post or edit an existing single product description using Tag Div composer.

To clarify, the composer is not for editing posts, it is for creating the post template. So you cannot use the composer to build the post content, but you can use it to design templates for the posts. Besides the ones we provide in the cloud library, which you can import on your website, it is also possible to build post templates by yourself.
For products it is the same. The product description cannot be created with the composer, the composer can be used to create the product template.
There is no limit to how many templates you can use. So you can use more than one, and assign them for posts and products as you want. Templates can be assigned globally or per post or product.

That won’t be possible. Our demos are all built with the composer. PRO demos like the Momentum demo are built with the composer fully, the homepage and the templates as well. WPBakery has been an option plugin since the composer was introduced. We only still provide it for theme users that have not yet switched to the composer, or can’t switch to it for various reasons. But the theme’s main builder is the composer. if you need help customizing the Momentum demo, due tot its more complicated design, we can help. The easiest way for us to help is by having access to the website, that is why my suggestion is to contact us by email, provide a link to the website and admin login, and mention what you want to do. We will help and also explain how the demo design is built. Let us know at any time.
