Please go to the dashboard and check if the Portfolio Plugin is activated. Additionally, in the WPBakery Page Builder, navigate to Role Manager / Post Types Custom to ensure that the portfolio is activated. The issue you’re experiencing with the ticket system is likely related to your browser, as it seems to work fine for others.

I set the “Theme Option Skin” to Light and after adjusting some preferences in the Brooklyn Child -> Theme Options the Skin went to dark and some settings were changed. The lightbox setting was changend and a few others. I am not able to check all of my options but thats not so good in my opinion.
My next question is, when i share a link of my website on social like WhatsApp or on Social Media and it loads the Thumbnail there is a text i cant find to edit. Its someting like this: „We´ve won a ton of awards and have…“ ive allready installed a SEO plugin and set a different social snipped text but its kind of overwritten by some code of the Brooklyn Theme. Can you help me with this? I mean it looks weard when i sent my german folks a link to my new website and there is some english description text

Check the “Theme Options -> Advanced” there you can deactivate the Theme SEO which has overwritten the Rank Math SEO Settings.

I’m reaching out to seek your assistance regarding activating the theme on our live environment. I initially developed the website on a developer environment, where I registered the theme with the purchase code. However, now that the website is live, I’m encountering an issue: I’m unable to activate the theme because it’s still linked to the domain of the development environment.
The challenge I’m facing is that I no longer have access to the development environment as it has been removed. Consequently, I’m unable to release the purchase code and reassign it to the domain of our live website.
Could you please guide me through the process of activating the purchase code on the new location? Is there a way to unlink the purchase code from the old development environment so that we can use it for our live website?

I have updated my theme, plugins, Platform etc. Everything works fine on desktop and samsung mobile.. however, the site does not load correctly on iphone, it seems to keep trying to load the pre-loader page when scrolling?

Hi where can i set the Icons for each category?
When i set the showcase to “Filterable Portfolio Gallery” and “Portfolio Hover Caption Content” to “Icon + Category” I see the Title of each Portfolio Item and an icon from its Category. Where can i set them?

Sorry, this option is not supported at the moment. Perhaps we will expand this function in the future.
So when i import a whole Design Template there will be created about 4 categories with 4 different icons and when i creat categories for my own, all of them have the same icon that i am not able to change. Too bad that this option is not supported at the moment.

hello there! i am having issues registering the theme. i purchased a wordpress managed hosting on godaddy and uploaded my purchased theme. then i upgraded my hosting to a new plan and linked my previous domain to it. now it is showing me an error on dashboard to register my theme, when i put my purchase code it says: License already registered with different server.
Please let me know how to fix this? i have only one website www.thecre8ivesolutions for which i am using this theme. please help me resolve this issue

I have now had to pay extra for support in order to ask you ‘again’ to please resolve the matter? It has already been several days and I have received no answer.
