Hello my website is down it has errors, because I can’t reinstall the wp bakery plugin while doing an update. It stated “TheGem_WPBakery.zip – “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.” I reinstalled the entire wordpress theme so I all the plugins and wp bakery could be updated to the latest. However there are errors on the website like this, because I can’t install the bakery theme plugin. Please advice how do I reinstall in bakery plugin –

I have been using the Gem elementor theme since last 2 years along with this I am using Jetpack complete package for improving performance, This jetpack protect plugin has been highlighting a Elementor threat (refer the attached screenshot) which I am unable to fix it since last 1 month and due to this I am unable to edit the product page template.

Hi, i have your theme sice 2018, in a website with WPBakery Page Builder. My question is that it is possible renew the support to update the theme and change WPBakery with Elementor, or if i need to do pages another time with Elementor if i want Elementor in my website.

I would recommend to clone your current live WPBakery installation to a separate staging installation (so all your theme settings will stay), install TheGem Elementor there and recreate pages/posts with Elementor.
