I have had 3 licences for several years that I have re-used for different projects, but I forgot to uninstall the licences before uninstalling a couple of websites, and now when I’m trying to enter the licence numbers is telling me that they’re being used in different sites: the websites I already uninstalled! Please let me know how can I reset my licences in order to re-use them. Thank you!

Thank you for the great theme, but I’m having a small issue with it. I noticed that when I enable WP_debug on my site, I encounter these errors:

These are not errors but rather Notices meant for developers. These should be disabled on live/production environments.

Questions:
(1) Do we need to clear cache after generating Critical CSS or does Avada do this automatically? Your documentation (below) does not address this.
(2) Do we need to refresh our Critical CSS and clear cache every time your theme is updated? (major and minor updates)

https://my.avada.com/licenses/There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Hello, I tried to update the theme, but i received an error with a message “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” I logged into my.avada account and checked licenses at my.avada.com/licenses/ to unregister the license on the domain and register it again, but the license is not present there. It was bought on 15th Nov 2023. Can you help?

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Hello, my website is running on PHP version 7.4 and I have recently noticed that the slider no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and the error seems to be more of a Java problem. All other plugins and the Wordpress version are up2date. Hello. Is there any solution to combine Avada Form with Google Sheet? I want when a customer registers, the registered customer information will be added to the Google Sheet file.

A direct integration into the Google Sheets is not an option with Avada Forms at the moment, we do support Mailchimp however, for Google sheets you can simply export the CSV file and manually import it there.

update do not work plugins give this error Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure and when i search for that mention that i have to uploaded manually and i could not find these plugins in theme folder which downloaded from here

ERROR / BUG
There is a bug with importing Avada Sliders. When uploading the exported ZIP file, no sliders or slides are added. The ZIP file contains both JSON and XML files, as well as the images.
At the moment you cannot import any Avada sliders into the theme.

1) In order to do this you will need a plugin like WPML/Polylang. With the plugin added, you will get the option to add headers for each language. Link here
2) We do take security very seriously and periodically keep releasing updates to ensure the theme is safe. Avada does work well with PHP 8x
3) We have not tested the plugin with Avada to guarantee compatibility
