Can i get any update for the licence i have? As there is multiple installation of wordpress which block my licence, but i have only one Wordpress Instance, can you look into it? Thanks

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Hello, I tried to update the theme, but i received an error with a message “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” I logged into my.avada account and checked licenses at my.avada.com/licenses/ to unregister the license on the domain and register it again, but the license is not present there. It was bought on 15th Nov 2023. Can you help?

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Hello, my website is running on PHP version 7.4 and I have recently noticed that the slider no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and the error seems to be more of a Java problem. All other plugins and the Wordpress version are up2date. Is there a workaround on how to solve the problem? Many thanks for any feedback. Regards Simon

Hello. Is there any solution to combine Avada Form with Google Sheet? I want when a customer registers, the registered customer information will be added to the Google Sheet file.

A direct integration into the Google Sheets is not an option with Avada Forms at the moment, we do support Mailchimp however, for Google sheets you can simply export the CSV file and manually import it there.

A Fatal error can be caused due to various reasons, however I do not see any issue coming up from the Avada website or plugin itself in this case, if you need our team to take a closer look into this however, we will need you to open a support ticket and kindly include your WP + FTP details along with it.

update do not work plugins give this error Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure and when i search for that mention that i have to uploaded manually and i could not find these plugins in theme folder which downloaded from here

Hi

Icons are not showing in admin (Avada->Options or when i use the text editor) or on my site when i use fusion_fontawesome shortcode).

ERROR / BUG

There is a bug with importing Avada Sliders. When uploading the exported ZIP file, no sliders or slides are added. The ZIP file contains both JSON and XML files, as well as the images.

At the moment you cannot import any Avada sliders into the theme.

1) In order to do this you will need a plugin like WPML/Polylang. With the plugin added, you will get the option to add headers for each language. Link here

2) We do take security very seriously and periodically keep releasing updates to ensure the theme is safe. Avada does work well with PHP 8x

3) We have not tested the plugin with Avada to guarantee compatibility

After purchasing the license, the site is being designed. The domain was changed at the client’s request. After making the change, I read a notice saying that the theme license was already registered somewhere else. “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” Currently, the old domain is disconnected. ERROR/BUG

When I attempt to use two mega menus, everything works fine. However, when I try to add a third mega menu, it doesn’t render as a mega menu, and I’m unable to save the menu. Is there a limit for the number of mega menus, or is this a bug?

There is no limit as to how many mega menus you can add, however this sounds like your server max_input_vars limit needs to be increased, can you kindly check your system status in Avada and see what does the system status say about max_input_vars, if it’s set too low, kindly follow the instructions here to increase it => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-adjust-system-status-limits/#toc_PHP_Max_Input_Vars

Do you get beta versions of Woocommerce to test before it’s released because the latest version has stuffed up my site and caused problems with warning boxes etc. Support says it’s working on a fix but it’s taking a long time. Will this be resolved soon?
