Hi! I´m working for a customer with a licensed theme and after updated to the last version we´re receiving the following error: “Call to undefined function avada_slider_visibility() in /home/customer/www/vivrae16.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/avada-functions.php:1097”
I´ve removed this piece of code in avada-functions.php, line refered and the page is loading at least:

You’d need to get in touch with your developers as they will have info about the themeforest account with which they purchased your license and details about your license. They will likely also have an Avada support account so they should be able to share access with you should you need to reach out to us for assistance. We cannot provide such info to an unverified entity or individual I’m afraid.

Hi,
Have you been notified about some compatibility problems with Yoast SEO : We have the lastest versions (Avada, WP & plugins); and we encountered “Connection lost” when we try to edit post cards element (with library). When on the edit page : “Screen options” is not clickable; on the admin menu, items aren’t hoverabled and the builder do not appear at all. And, Live Builder return a “critcal error” with a white screen and spinning icon.
It only appears when Yoast SEO is active.

Hey, How many websites can we create with a single license?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I did it 4 years ago on the Avada theme on the main page, not in envanto. I don’t know how to connect it to envanto now? in my profile at avada one, I download avada builder and when I go to reupload it doesn’t work, I have the latest version of avada, I only have a problem with avada builder and layerslider to update with lastversion, when I go to open a support ticket it asks me to repurchase $70, but I I have the license and I don’t know why it’s not working well for me. Does the license expire after 4 years? You can check it in your database on the website aran.al and the username on the home page is Arsi, as for verification, my license ends with this code….170ff48

I used to go back-end editor using avada builder. Today,The avada builder disappeared after I press the upper-right UP-Triangle of avada Builder. How can I restore the avada builder back? Right now, I can only use live-editor to do the container and elements things. Please help.

If you mean to offer premium content to your users based on membership levels/tiers etc then you would want to use a good WP membership plugin as this is not really a theme territory feature. If you need sell those resources then you can use WooCommerce for this as it’s fully compatible with Avada.

hello, can your theme support creating a 3×3 image gallery where images and borders will be white, appearing as empty white page, but on mouse over of every image a flip happens and another image appears? if yes can i see a demo of this flip gallery?

It seems like an error that you cannot activate it on a new domain.

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

The new update has created “multiple meta descriptions on the same page” please fix this or tell us how to correct this issue. We have disabled all plugins and used the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting and can confirm that as soon as we enabled the Avada builder it added an extra meta desc.

Can you kindly check if you are using Yoast or Rank Math plugin that is adding its own meta tag? or if there is any script being added to the header that is adding it, with that being said if you are using any SEO plugin you will need to disable Avada’s own OG tags from Avada > Global Options > Advanced Tab

I have had 3 licences for several years that I have re-used for different projects, but I forgot to uninstall the licences before uninstalling a couple of websites, and now when I’m trying to enter the licence numbers is telling me that they’re being used in different sites: the websites I already uninstalled!
