Hello, im just checking as purchased the theme – all images etc were imported when importing the demo content. Can I confirm that all images are licensed and included within the theme? Im only asking as many other themes on Envato / Themeforest do not include the images.

Hello. Thanks for your response. Are they supplied on envato elements that I can get a license for via a collection? I think it’s a really good idea that you post the links or don’t include them in the demo due to licensing etc. As one can assume that they are bundled together they are covered by the theme license.

Thanks for this. I have ordered other themes here and the demo content is only visible during the live preview. So you can showcase the theme etc. But when the theme was purchased it has placeholder blank images instead. The theme is “Physio” available here. Thanks very much I’ll get all images etc. Updated

Hi I requested further feedback through a support ticket but haven’t received a follow up response.
Tried importing the demo. Failed. Your response was that it is only possible with php version 8.0x because some of the plugins don’t work with the latest version of php
This version of php ( 8.0x) is no longer used, and it not secure. My hosting company won’t even allow me to go to a version lower than php 8.1x.
I can’t import the demo files, which means I cannot use the theme at all which I have paid for? Please can you assist or may I request a refund.

Hello , you can add your own logo and chnage content using elementor. If you need to migrate your website to this template you need to hire freelancer for custom work.
