When a ‘Video Player’ element with Autoplay option enabled added in Reusable Block and calling it through Popup it autoplays but when I close the popup it continuously plays with sound in background. Is there any possibilities to stop the video when I close the popup?

Thank you for pointing out the issue. Unfortunately, this is a bug. We’ll provide a fix for it in one of the next updates.
Your changelog says: - FIXED bug when the Video Player inside a popup would continue to play after the popup was closed.
But it doesn’t seems like you have fixed that bug completely. The video will stop playing only if you click the close button. If you click outside the popup except the close button the popup will close but video still plays in background with sound on. Please check things before you release the fixes. I hope this FIX doesn’t take a month to release. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. I checked in several different browsers. It was fixed in one of the recent releases, so it might be a caching issue.
Try clearing the site’s cache and/or CDN cache (if you use it) and check if you can replicate the issue afterward.

I have tested in my domain and found the issue that’s why I have tested in your demo test site. Got same issue in your test site too. If you check it in Firefox browser you will get it. I hope your demo test site is using the latest version of Theme and Plugin.

The example page you shared seems to be a custom code solution.
The behavior closest to this that you can implement is using a Grid/Listing element showing different services (custom post types) and a Grid Filter element to add a dropdown to choose a specific category of these services.

I would like to show the contributions for different categories. Therefore I have used a us_grid element with the setting “current_query”. But here I cannot define the number of issues. Instead, these are fixed? I would like to make the settings as with us_grid => related, where I can now select the number of blog posts and can make many more settings.

Is there a reason why tags and stock status do not show on products if using the the default woocommerce content template. They should show without having to use a custom block?

Please clarify the issue. Most likely, the post type query appears due to the Search element settings inside the header. For example, if it’s set up to only search for products. If this is the case and you don’t need such a filter, you can simply turn it off.
I only have a filter enabled for products because I have a store. I attached screenshots in the previous one. The fact is that with any request, the site shows all the products, and not the requested one. The grid element showing the elements of the current request may not be specified correctly.

I’ve found a bug in the theme and it’s quite annoying for me. I have a grid/Listing of products. On the thumbnails/grids I have a shortcode (which displays a red banner with the end date of the product and is not displayed if there is no date on the product).
Everything works fine when the grid is on a classic page.
But when I put the grid on the results page (template page) there’s a problem. The first tiles/grids are displayed correctly and the shortcodes work. However, when the rest of the list is loaded using ajax. The shortcodes are no longer interpreted. They are displayed raw, unlike on classic pages, even though they are exactly the same.

Most probably there is an if condition before adding this shortcode, that prevents its work in AJAX requests. It could look like
! is_admin() or ! wp_doing_ajax()
If this is the case, in order to make this shortcode work in AJAX requests, those conditions should be removed.

Hello. Can you please explain how the “Order” – “Views for the last week/month” works in the Grid/Listing? Because I published the post a couple of days ago, a lot of people viewed it and it is shown in posts where the “Views for the last month” filter is set. How can this be, since I published it just a couple of days ago? Sorry if I asked a strange question, but I really don’t understand what the point of such a filter is if posts can change almost every day in the “Views for the last month” section?!

This setting should order the items inside the Grid/Listing based on the number of views collected. When it is set to “last month” it should take into account all the views collected during the month. If your new post is shown at the top of this list, it could have more views than posts you published earlier.
