Hi. We have a website that has already built on Elementor, using another theme which we are not happy with. Does your theme include Elementor (and any add-ons)? Will your theme immediately recognize our Elementor-based customization for the pages we’ve already created? Also, does your theme includes Slider Revolution and Contact Form 7? Thanks.

The Jupiter X theme is compatible with Elementor, but in any case, you may have made some settings in the previous theme and minor problems may occur after changing the theme. So, I suggest that you first make a full backup of your site and database, and then proceed with the theme change.

For Jupiter X theme you need to install Elementor free version from WordPress repository because this page builder is compatible with Jupiter X theme.

But the Jupiter theme is compatible with Visual Composer, the modified version is provided with the theme

If you are starting a new site, I suggest you use the Jupiter X theme.

We have been using the Jupiter template for our website. Apparently, there is a “portfolio plugin” that came as part of the template. In there are placeholder images and dummy text. Now one photographer claims, that one of those pictures in there is his and he wants royalties for use “using” the picture. What can I tell him? From what I saw back then, the whole template, incl. all pics, is covered by the license we bought.

I’m trying to build a mega menu with Jupiter 6. I can’t seem to hind any help on the Jupiter help pages to do this. Are there some help pages available for building a mega menu with Jupiter 6?

When I create a mega menu, I can’t click on any of the child pages under it, and it displays only the top part of any photos. I also don’t know how to add in any ” Mega Menu Container Styles”.

Hi, since there are some upcoming accessibility regulations in the EU there is one quick fix for the scroll to top button you could implement: It’s missing a discernible description. My understanding of https://dequeuniversity.com/rules/axe/4.7/button-name is a simple addition of aria-label=”Scroll to top of page” to the button element should do the trick. If I missed the possibility to add an individual text for this somewhere in the theme or there is at least some documentation to add this via childtheme I’d be glad to get a hint where to find it.

Hi, I think you misunderstood me. Your bulit-in scroll-to-top Button is missing an aria-label. This is no personal “I need help to fix something”-case but something that should be improved for everyone who uses the theme with an upcoming update.

When creating a single blog post, the blog title bar is overlapping the header. Changes made to the post options are not being reflected when previewing or saving the updates. The ability for users to leave comments will not load when selected as well. Please help with the ticket that was opened, thank you.

Is it normal that comments are not displayed by the Elementor widgets on a custom post type page??? For instance, I have a type of post called “Song” that I created with JetEngine. Comments option is enabled. There are already comments for several songs… I created a single page template for songs and added the comments widget. But nothing is showed not even the comment form.

Comments are perfectly working on blog posts.

HI, a curiosity before proceeding with the purchase, once a Demo has been imported, is it possible to import individual pages of other Demos?

Regarding the blocks of pages instead. Can I save and reuse a block from one Demo/Page to another? However, considering the use of Elementor.

And if the theme includes its own design blocks, in addition to those of the free version of Elementor.

No, unfortunately this is not currently possible, but you can import one of your desired demos into a staging site and then export the page using Elementor and import it into the main site.

If I update Jupiter Donut 1.4.0 to Jupiter Donut plugin 1.6.0, I get weird problem. All my blog posts images are not visible anymore. I mean.. they are there, but strange overlay is over them, and If I rightclick open them, https://blog.mypage.com/wp-content/plugins/jupiter-donut/assets/img/dummy-2.png If I go to edit post, I can see all images there in the post in the “image gallery” short code, but are not showing on actual post. When I downgraded Jupited Donat to 1.4.0, everything was fine again.

I use Jupiter6, latest WP, latest plugins etc… No-one reported this? Well, currently I’ll stay on older version, so just to let you know.

Last year WPbakery released plugin version to 7.3 then version 7.4 was released and NOW Version 7.5 is available When will WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version) 7.5 be available for Jupiter 6.x? Please do not give some vaque noncommital answer. There are still hundred of loyal customers of Jupiter 6 even though you resided lifetime support for those that bought multple licenses. Also it’s coming up a year since Twitter changed its name to X?. When with the theme’s Twitter icon be replaced with an X icon?
