Hi, for the pre-built demo “Architecture” (https://avada.website/architecture/) can you tell me whether the top image on the Home page (the one of the house and the swimming pool) could be replaced by a video? I’d like the same functionality of the horizontal menu sliding over, but I’m not sure if this would work with a video instead of the image. Thanks, Nicola

This parallax is coming from the Avada Slider actually and you can simply change the slide background in Avada Slider from image to video, that should do the job for you, if you need any further assistance with this, kindly know that you have an active support and should be able to open a ticket with us.

Hello, I´m thinking about buying a new license for another website. However, I´d like to know if it would be easy to set up a blog on a separate page of an one-page website like the AVADA Cleaning Service pre-built (with the link to the Blog on the Menu sidebar)?

Avada Cleaning Service is not using a separate page so I am not sure what exactly did you mean there? however one license is valid for one single live domain, but you should definitely be able to setup a multipage site also having one page structures with Avada, since it will still be the same URL, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/one-page-menu-with-multi-page-links/

Good morning, I have a license purchased and registered for the “bimby-ricette.it” domain a few years ago, but now I had to change the domain of the same site to the following domain: recipes-food-passion.it and the license on the control panel of the Theme is not registered. How can I solve it?

Howdy!
Hey, we have our CSS Compiling Method set to “File” and have disabled (i.e., unchecked) our “Events” builder element.
After checking our Avada’s CSS dynamic file, we noticed there are thousands (yes, thousands) of ”.tribe” CSS rules embedded in Avada’s CSS dynamic file on pages that do not use The Events Calendar.
How can we get rid of those CSS rules on non-calendar pages?

Yes, agree. Refactoring is a continuous process. However, The Events Calendar (plugin) has been around for many years, so it seemed obvious that Avada’s developers would have caught this sooner. Unfortunately, we noticed this 4 days ago so we’re reporting the finding in this forum to create awareness and your help to address this soon.
According to Avada’s Changelog, the last time Avada’s developers refactored the theme was with Version 7.9, dated December 14th, 2022. We used the keyword “refactor” in our search.
We’ll work with you to help solve this finding (yes, we checked and troubleshooted our site many times), so we’ll reach out to you at via link provided below. Glad to volunteer our site (at no cost) to solve this.
The above impacts not only our site’s payload (and many other customers’, too), but also generates a lot of “unused CSS” thus penalizing sites’ performance.

I tried submitting a property listing… and my listing is not on the FOR SALE or FOR RENT tab… I reached out to your support team..
and this is their response: The property submitted via a form. This does not create a post. A post has to created manually from the details added by the user

The response you got is correct. The form there is so users can submit their entries but it won’t automatically create the submissions from that form into property type posts. That’ll require manual adding or adding a custom feature to take form submissions and convert those into posts.

That is not the purpose of form in general, what you are demanding is not what forms are supposed to do, this will indeed require some level of customisation, expecting any form to create a post on submission is not just right.

Hi there I am interested in purchasing this theme however I am having trouble finding information with the demos. If I wanted incorporate various sections from one section in one theme into another. How would I be able to essentially mix and match these sections? I have purchased a theme in the past and once I selected one demo theme I have been unsuccessful in selecting another to view as the second demo shown instead it shows the first demo. There should be no issues with pagination, kindly make sure that your number of products per page are less than total number however, also double check if the pagination element is still enabled under Avada > Builder Options

I have an issue with Avada as I’m unable to activate my version using my purchase code. It’s giving me the following error: “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”
The truth is, a few months ago, I migrated my website to another server but the domain hasn’t changed.

You can unregister the site via the Avada support account and then re-register it via the regular registration method in the site
In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://my.avada.com/ Once you are logged in, please click on the “Licenses” link Here you will see an option to unregister any purchase code added to a site, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/75kvnLOndV3z Once unregistered, the purchase code can be used once again

Hello.. we have around 4-5 Avada licenses… how do we know which site these licenses are being used as many of these sites are not activate and we would like to disable the licenses from those sites
