Hi I have problem with my licenses. Have build a new website and the licensens is not on the old but now when I replaced it with the new website it says “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” So how can I solve this? Thanks, Urania

You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.
Please make sure you have added your purchase codes within your My Avada account as explained here > https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-manage-your-avada-licenses/#toc_Add_New_License

My WordPress updates page shows that I have updates for Avada Builder and Avada Core. I’m being prompted to update to version 3.11.5 of Avada Builder and version 5.11.5 of Avada Core. Both plugins say that the updates have unknown compatibility with WordPress 6.4.3.
Can you confirm if the latest versions of those plugins are compatible with the latest version of WordPress – and, if not, when you expect that to be resolved?

I am encountering an issue with the Avada theme when using the Polylang plugin for translations. The problem is that the global layout settings configured in Avada are not being applied to the translated pages created by Polylang. The layout settings work correctly for the default language pages, but they do not take effect on the translated versions of those pages.

Hi guys, does Avada have the ability to add a video into the woocommerce product gallery without using a third party plugin? I can’t work it out if so

Adding videos to the product gallery is not possible by default and is a WooCommerce plugin limitation. You’d need a 3rd party Addon for WooCommerce to be able to use videos.
Avada offers the Video element and background videos for regular page/post content everywhere else though.

My hosting provider is trying to test something on my website and would like to know the specific steps to setup a test website with the specific goal of improving performance with my production site.

How can I update the WP Bakery plugin? It’s not in the plugin area of Avada > Maintenance > Plugins. However, many other plugins are shown that are available for installation and/or updates.
Also, I did download the Envato token plugin in the hopes of it being updatable through Envato, but it’s not allowing me to.
Please advise.

Avada comes with its own page builder called Avada Builder. WP Bakery is a 3rd party and their plugins/modules are not bundled or sold or tested with Avada.

I used the theme on a different domain, deleted the theme from that domain, and now I’m trying to connect to a new domain and I keep getting a message that the authentication key is associated with a different domain. What should I do?

Hi, for the pre-built demo “Architecture” (https://avada.website/architecture/) can you tell me whether the top image on the Home page (the one of the house and the swimming pool) could be replaced by a video? Avada Cleaning Service is not using a separate page so I am not sure what exactly did you mean there? however one license is valid for one single live domain, but you should definitely be able to setup a multipage site also having one page structures with Avada, since it will still be the same URL, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/one-page-menu-with-multi-page-links/

Howdy!
Hey, we have our CSS Compiling Method set to “File” and have disabled (i.e., unchecked) our “Events” builder element.
After checking our Avada’s CSS dynamic file, we noticed there are thousands (yes, thousands) of ”.tribe” CSS rules embedded in Avada’s CSS dynamic file on pages that do not use The Events Calendar.
How can we get rid of those CSS rules on non-calendar pages?

Yes, agree. Refactoring is a continuous process. However, The Events Calendar (plugin) has been around for many years, so it seemed obvious that Avada’s developers would have caught this sooner. Unfortunately, we noticed this 4 days ago so we’re reporting the finding in this forum to create awareness and your help to address this soon.
According to Avada’s Changelog, the last time Avada’s developers refactored the theme was with Version 7.9, dated December 14th, 2022. We used the keyword “refactor” in our search.
We’ll work with you to help solve this finding (yes, we checked and troubleshooted our site many times), so we’ll reach out to you at via link provided below. Glad to volunteer our site (at no cost) to solve this.
The above impacts not only our site’s payload (and many other customers’, too), but also generates a lot of “unused CSS” thus penalizing sites’ performance.
