Hi, I had purchased the Theme long back in WpBakery version of Demo pages. I have intention of purchasing another one maybe, but I want to know, when will the Theme be available in Elementor Version (Demo Pages/Site) please? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA for this yet. We have just successfully completed the server move and have hired a completely new development team. We will address this as soon as possible (ASAP).

Hello, we are using the theme for a multilingual site. The language switch is located in the upper right corner in the header in place of the social buttons. The language menu appears in all pages, but not in portfolio and portfolio single page. Also the button on the right does not translate between different languages.

Header Layout: Logo Left, Navigation Centered, Extra Module Right

Select Header Extra Module: Buttons – this does not translate between different language versions

How do I enable header languages for portfolio pages?

Using Demo 46 #313 been 7 days still no reply

I replied to you 7 days ago, but you have not replied to my request. I could not identify you as a customer.

None of the Dashboard options work – ie: Header, Hero Settings, Front Page, Portfolio, etc. When we select these options the URL changes, but nothing loads—only the first screen with Logo & Accent And Link Color.

Brooklyn > Theme Options

We are on V4.9.8.4 with the latest version of all plugins and WordPress. Please advise.

It must have worked at some point, otherwise you wouldn’t have been able to build the website. Please disable all third-party plugins and clear the cache. Then perform a hard refresh. Everything should work again after that. For more information, please create a ticket.

Hey there, major problem… the Brooklyn theme is using my default mobile image on every device. Ahhh… annoyingly, I didn’t notice this for 24 hours, as when logged in, it shows me the correct default Hero Image. I have had to temporarily change all default mobile images, as on laptop it was just showing an extreme close-up of my global hero image, due to the vastly different dimensions. This is a bug that please needs fixing asap, as now my images are not showing correctly on mobile devices. I’ve had to choose which device my images looks bad on. Please fix.

Hello, firstly, please create a ticket here. Secondly, this is not an error from the theme.

Without a ticket and more information, please check the Theme Options > Global Hero Options. These are provided so that you can have the same hero image on every page, avoiding the need to upload the same image repeatedly.

Hey there, thanks for getting back to me.

Firstly, I have since created a ticket (#298). Secondly, I can confirm that in the Theme Options > Global Hero Options, my Default Global Hero Image is the specified 1920×1080 pixels; my Default Global Hero Image (Tablet) is the specified 1280×1280 pixels. My Default Global Hero Image (Mobile) was the specified 720×1280 pixels, until I realised that it was being shown on my laptop, and consequently showed only a close-up of my abdomen. I have sent you a screenshot of this via ticket #298. In the meantime, I had no choice but to change the dimensions of my Default Global Hero Image (Mobile), to prevent it being displayed on my laptop.

I look forward to getting this resolved.

Thanks so much!

I just wanted to add a note to this, for anyone encountering the same problem. I was able to fix the issue by disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. This plugin was causing the theme to grab the 720×1280 Default Global Hero Image (Mobile) for every device. Thankfully, now sorted!

PLEASE HELP – I have been a full day trying to get the a theme and the demo content imported – I have followed all the steps here: https://knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/website-installer-does-not-import-content/ I really have tight deadline to get a site built – please can someone answer my ticket

Lovely theme but I am having one problem. I have created some product pages using Easy Digital Downloads plugin – but each product page defaults to including the theme footer and sub-footer (which we don’t have anywhere else). How can I this off ; there is no option to edit in the page itself – no header or footer options. Can these be tuned off site-wide; I can’t see anything in Theme options, only Header ? Thanks for advice

Hi there, one question. The font is different on homepage for demo23 (Poppins) and the other pages it says it is using font-family:Poppins but rendered font is Times New Roman. The first one says font is pulled from Network resource and the second one pulled from Local file. Why is that? How can i make all the pages to use Poppins? Thanks

Hey there! Just wanted to drop a comment and say how much I’m loving the “Brooklyn” theme. It’s incredibly versatile and has so many amazing features.

I was wondering, with the focus on creativity and multi-purpose functionality, how does the “Brooklyn” theme integrate with social media platforms? Are there any specific design elements or built-in features that enhance user profiles and community engagement?

On a related note, I’ve recently come across this fantastic WordPress plugin called Youzify. It’s a user profile, social media, and community plugin that seems to complement themes like “Brooklyn” perfectly. Have you had a chance to explore any plugins that enhance the social aspect of the theme? If so, what are your thoughts on incorporating something like Youzify?

Looking forward to hearing your insights and recommendations! Keep up the great work with the “Brooklyn” theme. It’s truly a masterpiece.

Thanks for liking the Brooklyn theme, but I don’t want other people’s paid plugins advertised on our site.

Love the theme and pre-built sites. As soon as you get it working with Elementor completely I will be purchasing. I just can’t use WP-Bakery again. It’s too odd and old and they leave you behind in upgrades.

Thank you for your feedback. We fully understand your concerns and take them very seriously. It’s important for us to know how our customers feel about our product, and your opinion matters to us greatly.

We are aware that such comments can deter potential customers. We are working diligently to improve integration with Elementor and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers comprehensively.

We appreciate your honest feedback once again and are here to assist you if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best regards, Marcel

Thank you very much. I’m really looking forward to it!

Why cant I register this theme? I paid $65 and never used it before?

Hi. I still don’t understand how to remove the writing at the bottom of the page. “Imprint – This Demo Website is part of the Brooklyn WordPress Theme! https://unitedthemes.com"

I go Theme Options > General > Footer > Subfooter – but I don’t see where to turn off that lettering there.

In which field is this inscription turned off?

Tnx.

Hi there I am interested in purchasing this theme however I am having trouble finding information with the demos. If I wanted incorporate various sections from one section in one theme into another. How would I be able to essentially mix and match these sections? I have purchased a theme in the past and once I selected one demo theme I have been unsuccessful in selecting another to view as the second demo shown instead it shows the first demo. Thank you in advance for your guidance!

We must distinguish between two things: firstly, we have the website installer that installs a complete demo. Additionally, we have templates that are saved within the page builder and can be accessed at any time. We have saved many templates, but not every section is available. However, once you have familiarized yourself a bit, it should not be a problem to recreate the sections.

Thank you this works with Elementor as well as wpbakery??

Hi,

I have a Facebook Downloader website. Currently, I’m using Elementor Free Hello Theme but I’m facing Core Web Vitals issue in my Google Search Console. Is this theme suitable for my website? Speed is an important factor for me.

Hi, you don’t have any demo build with elementor ?

No, Brooklyn is Elementor compatible as Elementor provides for all themes and as per the WordPress Codex. We have not built a demo with Elementor. However, we have plans to fully integrate Elementor, but we do not have an ETA yet.

How can i change entry content on the Blog Posts?

Changing the entry content on blog posts in WordPress can involve several methods, depending on what exactly you want to alter—whether it’s styling, layout, or the content itself. Here are common ways to make changes: 1. WordPress Editor

For basic content changes such as text, images, and embedded media:

Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Posts > All Posts.
Click on the post you want to edit.
Use the WordPress editor to make changes directly to the content.
Once done, click Update to save your changes.

2. Theme Customizer

To change the styling or layout that your theme applies to blog posts:

Go to Appearance > Customize in your WordPress Dashboard.
Look for sections related to blog or post settings, such as "Blog Options," "Single Post," or something similar.
Adjust the settings according to your preferences. This can include layout changes, enabling/disabling post elements (like the author bio, date, etc.), and more.
Click Publish to apply the changes.

3. Page Builders

If your blog posts are created or managed with a page builder (like Elementor, WPBakery, or Beaver Builder):

Navigate to Posts > All Posts and click to edit the post.
Switch from the default WordPress editor to your page builder interface (there should be a button to do this).
Use the page builder’s tools to change layouts, add elements, or modify content.
Save or update the post.

4. Custom CSS

For specific styling changes not available through the theme customizer:

Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
Enter your custom CSS code to alter the appearance of the blog posts.
Click Publish to save your changes.

5. Theme Files (For Advanced Users)

If you need to make changes that aren’t possible through the dashboard, you might need to edit the theme files directly. This is more complex and requires knowledge of PHP and WordPress theme structure:

Access your site files via FTP or your web host's file manager.
Locate the theme's template files (often found within the wp-content/themes/your-theme directory).
Edit the single.php file or the specific template part file for blog posts to make your changes. Use a child theme to prevent losing changes on theme updates.
Save and upload your changes.

Always remember to back up your website before making significant changes, especially when editing theme files directly. This way, you can restore your site if something goes wrong. If you’re unsure about making these changes yourself, consider reaching out to a professional web developer for assistance.

Thank you…

Is that a must?

No, using Google or Facebook to log in isn’t mandatory, but recommended if email login fails. We’ve noticed login issues mainly with email registrations. Thanks for your understanding as we resolve this.
