Hello,
I just re-installed the theme and I choose Home-v10 . But I noticed that the page title is showing up on the home page even when I set it to hidden both on the header option and Elementor page editor setting. Please how can I remove the Home tittle from displaying on the home hope.
Secondly I noticed that the Home page is also used for the shop page which is exactly what I want, but how can I remove Best Sellers and Sale Products from the options? see image https://prnt.sc/KjKNsH9xb9pr
Lastly, what’s the shortcode for WCBoost – Products Compare for adding into compare page?

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve noticed the issue with the page header too. Our developer is working on it. We will release a new version to fix it soon.
Regarding your question about the product tabs (Best Sellers, Sale Products, ...), you can manage them in Appearance > Customize > Shop > Catalog.
By default, the WCBoost – Product Compare plugin will automatically create a page for comparison when you activate it. But if you want to re-create this page, you can use the shortcode [wcboost_compare].

I still noticed that switching to Child theme causes some disorders.

For now, I don’t have any custom code added to the child theme Functions.php,
I just imported the demo Home-v10, then I activated the Child theme, the header got disorganized but if I switched back to the parent theme, it got better.

I tried turning off the shop page header here – Appearance > Customize > Shop > Page Header, but it didn’t work for the Child theme.

I like how the product is displayed in layout 4, but I prefer how the elements “DESCRIPTION,” “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION,” and “REVIEWS” are shown in layout 7. Is it possible to transfer the design of those elements from layout 7 to layout 4?

So lets say I change the link to www.mysite.com/about-us it will direct in the frontend to: https://wp-content/themes/konte.com/about-us
What is going on here?

Amazing theme, making enquiry before purchasing, are you able to select the category to search from on the shop page area? Meaning selected category shown on the shop search and NOT all categories. Thank you.
Also the look on the shop page when you select an item. It covers up to the top including the menu area, can that be changed?

Hello, your theme seems perfect, but I’ve noticed a problem with the ‘Kirki’ plugin. When I try to access theme customization, I encounter a Fatal Error (Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted, tried to allocate 65536 bytes). I’ve observed that disabling the Kirki plugin resolves the error, but without it, I’m unable to edit the page layout. I have this plugin installed on many other websites with the same options, and it doesn’t produce any errors, so I suspect there’s something specific to the theme causing this issue.

Hi everyone, is this help request. There is a preview problem (resolution resize) into the Konte theme. I though that was an issue generated from plugin, image dimension or something else, but the client told me that the same issue is visible also into the Konte preview on Themeforest.
I do not have the same problem… I have a MacBook Pro 14” (3024 × 1964). The resolution of the monitor where the problem occurs is (1920×1080).

Thank you for your sharing! We tested the demo on a 1920×1080 screen too, and it had no problem. According to your screenshots, looks like the browser is zoomed. Please ask your client to reset zoom level of the browser, or try another one.

You don’t need Elementor Pro to edit the header, footer or any other layout. To optimize the performance, this theme doesn’t rely on the Site Builder of Elementor Pro. Instead, it use the default template engine of WooCommerce. However, this leads to some limitations. With some special requirement, you will need to use custom code.

The main different between the Konte and Sober theme is the design. They share the same functionalities (mostly).
Regarding your question about adding videos to the product gallery, it is possible with the Sober theme at this moment. This feature will be updated to the Konte theme in the future releases too.

The problem occurs on multiple pages where the Google font Merriweather is defined. For instance, the product name on a tab, which is defined with a thickness of 400 in the CSS, appears much thicker. Web address is hdizajn.hr
Now it’s okay, I turned off Merriweather in the typography settings of the administration and added the same font in the head through the Google code.

Thanks for your feedback. You can find the plugin WPBakery Page Builder in the theme package. It is the file “js_composer.zip” in the folder “Plugins”.
To open support tickets, you have to login with the Envato username that you used to purchase the theme. This user “jessbowbess_30” haven’t purchased the Konte theme, therefore it is not allowed. Please check your accounts again.

Couple of things: 1. I tried the custom font code on a custom page and called every font variation and everything worked seamlessly. (I didn’t try to add the font via customizer)
2. I also tried to add a new font directly from the list of available google fonts and the issue was still there, font-weight were not working properly and I did check the google font I applied had all the weight variations I was calling.

One suggestion. It would be excellent if different Product Hover effects could be selected in the catalog depending on the resolution of the shop viewer. For instance, I would like to maintain the “fade in” effect on desktop, but on mobile, I would prefer “classic” to avoid double-clicking. Perhaps, even for the fade-in option, it could be automatically set to transition to the option without a hover effect on mobile.
