You don’t need Elementor Pro to edit the header, footer or any other layout. To optimize the performance, this theme doesn’t rely on the Site Builder of Elementor Pro. Instead, it use the default template engine of WooCommerce. However, this leads to some limitations. With some special requirement, you will need to use custom code.

The main different between the Konte and Sober theme is the design. They share the same functionalities (mostly).
Regarding your question about adding videos to the product gallery, it is possible with the Sober theme at this moment. This feature will be updated to the Konte theme in the future releases too.

If the subdomain is just a part of the main site, it is possible to use the same license on subdomains.

The problem occurs on multiple pages where the Google font Merriweather is defined. For instance, the product name on a tab, which is defined with a thickness of 400 in the CSS, appears much thicker. Web address is hdizajn.hr
Now it’s okay, I turned off Merriweather in the typography settings of the administration and added the same font in the head through the Google code.

Thanks for your feedback. You can find the plugin WPBakery Page Builder in the theme package. It is the file “js_composer.zip” in the folder “Plugins”.
To open support tickets, you have to login with the Envato username that you used to purchase the theme. This user “jessbowbess_30” haven’t purchased the Konte theme, therefore it is not allowed. Please check your accounts again.

Couple of things: 1. I tried the custom font code on a custom page and called every font variation and everything worked seamlessly. (I didn’t try to add the font via customizer)
2. I also tried to add a new font directly from the list of available google fonts and the issue was still there, font-weight were not working properly and I did check the google font I applied had all the weight variations I was calling.

One suggestion. It would be excellent if different Product Hover effects could be selected in the catalog depending on the resolution of the shop viewer. For instance, I would like to maintain the “fade in” effect on desktop, but on mobile, I would prefer “classic” to avoid double-clicking. Perhaps, even for the fade-in option, it could be automatically set to transition to the option without a hover effect on mobile.

You haven’t understood, they work because I loaded the woocommerce plugin old version 8.5.2 but if I update to the latest version 8.6.1 the products are no longer visible.

The Konte theme offers the same amount of custom elements/widgets across both the WPBakery Page Builder and Elementor. However, with Elementor, each widget will have more options, especially options for responsive. This is because the limitation in API of WPBakery Page Builder.

If you’re using a child theme, please switch to the parent theme and test the issue again. Since the new update the Elementor has stopped working. Its says “Preview could not be loaded”. I have debugged it and it looks like the Theme is the issue as its working with the other themes.

Thank you for your feedback. We have received your email. Actually, this is a problem with your child theme. It is not a problem of version 2.3.5. In your child theme, all CSS for WooCommerce has been removed. It causes the issues with WooCommerce’s elements.
To fix the issue, you should remove the file “woocommerce.css” from the child theme. You can add custom CSS to the file “style.css” of the child theme.

On the hamburger menu, is it possible to edit it so it’s not a “menu”, I want to make it so that it shows a “Product Of The Week” and it shows the specific product that I select and links you to the product when clicked. I also want to be able to edit the content inside the hamburger menu that pops out. Is this possible to achieve?
