Hi Porto, I have to clone the page product template (existant from Porto) because I want to edit it as H1 in Header product, not H2 like is coming by default. Then, to copy it in Single products – blocks. Can you tell me how I can copy it? Or some guidance in this point?

However, our theme offers a feature called “Template Builder” that allows you to create a customized layout for a single product page. Here’s how you can do it:
Access the Dashboard.
Navigate to Porto > Template Builder > Single Product.
Click "Add New" to create a new custom layout for your single product page.
Set the content as per your specific requirements.
To address the product title (h2 tag), you can utilize the "Heading widget."

There is no need to copy some product layouts in the single product builder. You can simply use the PORTO Studio feature to import the pre-built layouts in the single product builder from the template builder. I see what happens. Maybe I can do it with few steps. The full library is only appearing for creating new pages, but not for products:
Creating a page: https://www.candleart.es/products_porto_library_query.JPG1. I don’t know why, currently bakery is only active for pages. I think. If yes, any way to make it active for products?
2. Also, regarding the snap I sent there is not a product layout, in the product folder are located columns and sliders. What I need is a predefined layout for product then I will change the H2 by H1.

Alright, Let me explain to you. These are not errors/issues but you have to understand how the functionality works.
1- To edit the products with WP bakery you can simply allow the WP bakery for it. Navigate to the Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role Manager >> Set the post type to custom and then enable the products with porto_builder as well. Check this screenshot to understand better: https://postimg.cc/t1Q7rPCK

I see, If you already have a product layout and just want to set the product tag with h1 follow the steps below.
Access the Dashboard.
Navigate to Porto > Template Builder > Single Product.
Click "Edit" to the custom layout for your single product page.

We are glad to hear that your first issue was resolved.
Regarding the sticky option, the thing is theme option for sticky only available on the section/row of the Elementor. For the flexbox container, the option will not appear right now, In the feature theme updates the option will be added as well.
For now, I recommend you import the pre-built header in the header builder using PORTO Studio: https://postimg.cc/N2MZCyfB so that you will have the sections to enable the sticky option.

The search in this forum cant find anything lol. My client has finally asked to update his theme but I have a problem. The theme version is 4.4.4 and I want to update to the latest version. Cannot deactivate the license, (grayed out).

Basically, by default when you add/edit any portfolio item into the site you will have these fields from the theme: https://postimg.cc/MnfV9G2k but if you want to add an extra field with your custom content there we need to use the custom field feature via “Advanced Custom field” plugin. PORTO theme is fully compatible with this plugin. You have to make sure that you create a custom field in the plugin first. Check this article to understand how to create it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/getting-started-with-acf/ once you created a field successfully, you can see the field when editing the portfolios as I showed you in the screenshot above.
Now, you have to show this filed in the portfolio showcase. For this, you need to use the template builder option. Go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Types >> Edit the portfolio block there you will be able to choose that custom field from the place you showed in your screenshot: https://prnt.sc/b2I9IJtQazCU This is how it works.

I have activated the Porto theme and, although I am very impressed with the demo, I was disappointed to find that when I tried customizing Porto for selling digital/downloadable products, it did not meet my needs.
While I must say the features are fantastic, it’s just not the right fit for me at this moment. If I were to build a regular eCommerce site, I would definitely come back to it.
I am requesting a refund and it has been nearly 10 days without any processing of my request.
