I’m pleased to inform you that my initial issue has been resolved. However, I have encountered another query regarding the ‘Fullscreen Scrolling’ feature. While it functions smoothly on desktop devices, I’ve noticed that the full screen scrolling is not operational on mobile devices. Specifically, the navigation dots are missing in the mobile view.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to configure Fullscreen Scrolling to function effectively on mobile devices like desktop.

Hi, I had bought Gem theme twice, one for my personal website and second for the localhost testing and development. First Gem theme I had bought using this nick name and the second time I used different account registered with my real name. Today, I have tried to install that second theme locally again but I have got a message “You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.” I can send you both my Item Purchase Codes if requested.

Hi, After updating the theme to 5.9.5.2 (staging environment without any server cache or cache plugins active), I can’t edit the menu anymore. Also, suddenly the sticky-menu is activated, while deactivated in the theme settings. When I disable the whole menu, the menu still appears. When reinstalling back to the older version 5.9.3.1, the problem is resolved.

Question 01: Do you have any idea how this can happen? Question 02: Where can I find previous versions to update to 5.9.5.0 for instance? So I can check at which version the menu problem occurs?

On the Blog Posts page, (the page that shows the featured pic, the large title, and excerpt), The name of the title shows also before the excerpt – in the small body copy text. The tile runs right into the body copy of the excerpt. How can I change a setting to not have the title duplicate.

I am not looking for support. But a genuine question to decided on a direction. I love this theme, I want to change to a different demo setup but do not want to lose my blogs, pages and menua items with pics and such. Is there an easy process or some way that works to do this? I either change the design with tthe Gem or go a new direction. So can this be done? Please point me in the direction.

Hi, the current version of TheGem, 5.9.5.1, is 100% compatible with WooCommerce 8.6.1. The latest WooCommerce version, 8.7.0, was released a few days ago, and we are currently conducting compatibility tests before releasing an update. I’m not quite sure what you mean by “2 months” – the previous WooCommerce version was released on February 20th, and the latest version of TheGem (also released on February 20th, kindly check https://codex-themes.com/thegem/changelog.html) has addressed this WooCommerce update.
