I have used the Beapp 7 demo. Everyhting was working fine. Lately, there is no way to edit the ‘buy now’ header button (top right) or footer sections (above copyright) in the website which I have built using elementor.

I’ve reviewed several of your demo themes through Google’s PageSpeed Insights to assess their performance against the Core Web Vitals benchmarks. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any that met these standards.

The Betheme was created with the utmost care when it comes to the aspect of page speed loading. Many elements have been optimized as much as possible in WordPress.
There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), 3rd party plugins, poor hosting, internet connection between server location and your current point, etc. There are many reasons which are independent of us or theme.
If you will navigate to https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-warsztatprzestrzeni-pl/ln6ljp8rda?form_factor=mobile (this is one of our client’s website built recently) you will see that on mobile it’s 96/100 but on desktop 100/100 which is an astonishing result. No other product come close to such high results.
Above site was built with Betheme & BeBuilder. No caching plugins. It’s just clean Betheme out of the box.
So, we recommend to start from disabling 3rd party plugins and focus on media used on site. Also, we suggest to check Performance tab under Theme Options as there is some nice options that may speed up your site as well. However, they should be used wisely and in accordance with the guidelines. It’s also worth considering using a caching plugin like WP Rocket.

Hi, I have used the BE theme & BE Builder to create my website. We have launched the website today but post go live I am facing the below issues: 1. The footer is not editable- I had added a LinkedIn icon and redirection link as well but that doesn’t seem to work. 2. The redirections on my home page—like “Read more” etc. are not working 3. The site has gone very very slow.

Hello! Pre-sale questions. I’m looking for a template to create a consistent style for displaying text information and images. I’ve looked at your designs, and the closest to what I’m trying to achieve is: bemehanic, specifically the “Rally car” module in the content area. My questions are:
1. Is it possible to make the corners of this area sharp (currently rounded)?
2. Can lines be added to the corners as well (like in the attached sample image)?
3. Is it possible to increase the text area background to 2/3 of the space, leaving 1/3 for the image area?

Hi i will buy another license for a new client. In this particular case, he wants to use one demo as the base and elements from other demo in the content… My question is , ¿Can I install for example 2 or 3 demos in local for example?, or maybe in a subfolder in the domain we register? Just to see how that content was built and i can “copy” this to integrate the final site… After that this will be deleted as i just want to see how the demos were made. Hope im not creating a confusion thanks in advance.

one demo can be installed in one WP instance because each demo has its own settings which applies globally to whole site. However, you can create another wp instances under subfolder or subdomains and there install different demos. Moreover, you can use Single Page Import feature to import individual pages from other demos directly to your website.

Our last issue is regarding URL, we need to use a temporal URL to build the site and once its finish, we have to move it to the final url , we already know the final URL but we cant build it there. Hi, i have already 7 licences of BeTheme and i think is better theme (and support) for wordpress. I have always used BeBuilder, in last version have great features and speed. But i have question: i want to purchase another license for another project and I am undecided whether to use theme with BeBuilder or with elementor, because in this case I also have the license of elementor pro. Is there a comparison table between the functionality of BeBuilder and Elementor “PRO” ? I really like BeBuilder but I would like to know if I can get the same results and customization that elementor pro gives me, especially for the woocommerce related part (product card customization,checkout customization etc).

You’re talking about font variables. However, Google doesn’t allow to include fonts with variables settings for some reason. You can try to open the link that supposed to work https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Poppins:wght@200..700;400&display=swap and you will see that it returns error.

I purchased the last Betheme license on November 25, 2023. On themeforest it says I still have 8 months left of support, but when I try to submit a ticket, on your Support Forum it says it ended on March 14th, 2024
