I obviously played with the template too much I wanted to restart the theme again but I made pages I do want to keep. What’s the safest way to do this?

Hi, it’s been a while since I last touched my website. My website hosting informed me that there’s an error related to Porto – Functionality. I can’t get to the dashboard, only a ‘critical error’ page.

Simply unregister the license from your site by going to Porto >> Theme License and then Install the theme on a fresh new WP and register it with the same purchase code, after that you could copy/migrate/export those pages from your old site to new site.

Hi, In the cart page I would like to change the value of the bar that indicates how long until I get free delivery. I set woocommerce to $250, but in the cart bar it continues to calculate everything to $100. How do I change this value to $250 like i setted in woocommerce? Hi Porto, Due my website IS slow I activate the rocket pluggin and the AMP for móviles pluggin. I should activate the wizzard speed Porto optimization also? Or maybe with those two pluggina IS enought. Or compatibility. Thanks

To speed up your site, you can try to use both of those plugins and also you can try with our Speed Optimization Wizard as well, but please note that do not turn ON the same option in plugin setting and in Speed Optimization Wizard as well as because both same options might conflict.

Hello, I would like to ask you another question, what plugin or method do you recommend to export products that have swatches.

I am doing several tests, for example, I have 2 sites with their theme, and I want to export the WooCommerce products, if they are exported correctly, but the swatches are not passed and have to be changed manually.

I don’t want to imagine what will happen if I have a thousand products, it would be quite problematic to change them by hand.

I hope my example is understood.

I understand your issue clearly, thank you for explaining it. The management of products in the theme is handled by the WooCommerce plugin. Therefore, the theme doesn’t include a specific option for what you’re seeking. However, WooCommerce does offer a built-in option to export products from the site, which is preferable to using a third-party plugin. You can access this feature by navigating to Dashboard >> Products >> All Products. There, you’ll find the option to export/import products in a CSV file. Upon clicking the export button, you’ll be presented with options to export products from specific categories or product types (such as variable or simple), as well as specific product columns. Here’s another screenshot demonstrating these options: https://postimg.cc/SJPHSDPx

Hello, I would like to know why the hooks to hide product categories no longer work.

In the testimonial widget, there is no option that I can tell you to fix it. but you can solve it by using the custom CSS code.

To address this issue, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Dashboard.
Proceed to "Porto." 
Access "Theme options." 
Select "Skins." 
Choose "Custom CSS." 
Paste the provided code at the bottom of the black box.
Save the settings.

To view the changes on your site, clear your browser cache and revisit your website.

You can then customize the content within these blocks to suit your preferences.

Subsequently, you can employ PORTO >> Page Layouts >> to place these blocks onto specific pages at designated locations.

For instance, you can integrate blocks into the content-top or banner section, specifying their appearance based on the pages you select.

Woo says Porto is no longer compatible? On the woo plugin site it says the following:

These themes are incompatible with WooCommerce, and cannot be used with WooCommerce Memberships: Porto theme: The Porto theme is not compatible with WooCommerce. It incorrectly uses the get_{$adjacent}_post_where filter, which is a WordPress core filter. As a result, Porto breaks plugins that use this core WordPress hook such as WooCommerce and WooCommerce Memberships, and is not supported.

Is this fixed?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our Porto WordPress theme is fully compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin. However, any compatibility issues may arise with the WooCommerce Memberships plugin, as it has not been officially tested with our theme.

Could you kindly provide the URL of the page where it states that Porto is incompatible with WooCommerce? This will allow us to investigate the matter further.

Furthermore, if you intend to utilize the WooCommerce Memberships plugin on your site, we recommend trying it with the default Single Product page layout instead of the custom layout built with the builder. Please let us know the outcome of this test.
