Hey There, I want to make a purchase decision for a theme. I am after this demo and want the same layout excluding a few things.

1. Will it be direct import and use elementor to edit the front page? 2. I am using woocommerce with elementor. Will it support elementor like add functions for elementor? LIke in the elementor section will it add e.g., featured products 7, images 7 and so on? 3. Do you offer multi step bar on the cart page? 4. Do you offer free shipping bar or notice on the cart page? Like add XX amount to obtain free shipping as the free shipping starts at $50? 5. If I have a variable product and have turned off or unchecked” show variation on the product page”, will the variation still show on the product page?

I have muliplte Licenses and i have de-register from other sites using “my.the7.io.” but its still showing you “using this purchase code on 3, etc. ” why?

Actually, we are using WPML on our website for multi language dropdown but it is not working on the mobile view of this theme.
I have checked the issue with the WPML support and below is their response -
I’ve checked and found that the language switcher only doesn’t work when it’s placed within the Micro widget area of The7 Theme. However, when the language switcher is placed on a page, it functions correctly. For a clearer view, you can visit this page (https://staging.digitalkeystore24.com/support-2/) from a mobile device to see how the language switcher placed on the page works.
It’s possible that the theme disables certain features on mobile devices for performance or design considerations, or the event handling on mobile devices isn’t configured correctly. Given that the language switcher functions correctly on other parts of the site and only encounters issues within the Micro widget area of the The7 theme, it would be best to report the issue to the The7 theme. They can provide insights into theme-specific settings or issues that may need to be resolved.
So, can you please look into this issue at urgent priority or let me know how to fix this? Please advise

Hello! I have rechecked the ticket: you need to empty all existing caches or simply disable them. You have confirmed the problem doesn’t happen on a local environment without caching.
Your changelog in the description indicates v.11.12.0 (Apr 12, 2024) however ThemeForest has the “Last Update” as “6 March 2024”. Are the files we buy/download up to date?

FYI: We have experienced this issue on two of our clients sites recently after Elementor was upgraded to the latest version. Upgrading elementor beyond version 3.16 causes critical issues. Note: Pro Elements newer version requires newer version of Elementor to be installed, thus conflicting further with current The7 Theme.
