If you are using the Loco translate plugin, Please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, I have found that you are using the WPML plugin for the site as well, Please go to WPML >> String Translation >> Click the scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Translate texts in admin screens link. https://cdn.wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/translate-texts-in-admin-screens.png

This will take you to a searchable list of admin strings. Find the Words that you want to translate and then select those words and add them to the string Translation then you will go to the WPML >> String Translation >> then find and translate them into other languages.

Problem is there are lots of countries to translate (snap). Any way to transform them from English to Spanish? mandatory I have to edit all of them with Loco?

Also any way to hide countries? There are too much.

1- Yes, Our theme provides the live search functionality. I recommended your theme to a client and they bought and used the Architecture2 theme and all was going well till there was an update for Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields and the moment they updated, the whole site layout has become distorted. Everything is no longer looking professional at all and you need to push a fix for this please. The client is now blaming me for recommending your theme to them and this is not good! Those using the Architecture2 theme should please be careful not to update. Below is a screenshot of what I am talking about:

It’s really easy with the page layout, simply create multiple blocks under Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks.

Again, what’s the purpose of having these fields on edit page of category? if I can add only one global block for all categories?

To begin with, in those fields, you cannot insert block shortcodes; you must input the block slug instead. However, there’s no need to worry about these options. Our theme offers a dedicated feature for this type of functionality. Simply go to the dashboard, then navigate to “Porto” >> “Page Layouts.” From there, you can effortlessly add multiple blocks for various categories as desired. Hi, when I import the products in csv format, although the dimensions of each image are 1200×1800, they are automatically cropped to 960×720. I don’t think there is any other plugin installed that would trigger this problem because it is a new site. I think it is theme related but I don’t understand how to solve it.

I also made changes to the image sizes section in the Customize section, but this did not solve the problem. Also, as far as I have tested now, the problem is not only related to the csv upload, but also when I add individual products, the image is cropped and uploaded at the same rate.

Please attempt to manually create the test product on your website, ensuring to set the image for it. Afterward, verify whether the image cropping affects it. Additionally, please test with the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) to confirm if the issue lies with our theme.

I have a question regarding the “sticky navigation” module found in Porto Studio. In desktop version it works very well, however in mobile version, the navigation is not sticky! I haven’t found an option to fix this either. It’s normal ? How can I keep “sticky navigation” sticky in the mobile version?

I have opened a ticket but no answer yet. I’m having an issue with the shortcodes offered in this theme, when downloading one of the templates, I did not get all the shortcodes in this page https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/

I have reinstalled the template several times but no luck. The Porto Studio also does not work for me.
