I have a problem with my footer. Indeed this one is a reusable template and for that i have an english and a french version. In my rehub settings I have put the english one but when i’m switching to french langage on my website it does’t change the footer for the french one. How am I supposed to display the good footer for the good langage ?
I don’t know how you made footer and which multi language plugin you use. Usually they have options to make different blocks or pages for different languages. Please ask available methods from author of multi language plugin

I don’t know how Polylang works and if they have option to change theme options per language. In WPML, it’s possible and footer template option is available for translation in WPML, I think that Polylang has this also, I recommend to contact with author

Everything seems to be working OK.

hi, theme won’t save in “theme options”. just keeps saying “Saving now” forever. I already deactivated several plugin. Same server allows saving on all other rehub-installations I run. Just not on https://smartphones24.org

I just setup a fresh new wordpress install and have purchased the Rehub template. When trying to edit the home_page or any other page with Elementor, I keep getting the error “sorry, content area was not found on page”. You must call “the_content” function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page. This only happes with this theme, not the standard Wordpress themes.
In thinking it was an installation issue, I wipe my website and started from scratch again and still get the same error. Elementor help site says I could add this to the template <?php the_content(); ?> but should check with the developer about where to put it. I also thought it was strange that this theme came with Elementor being the page editor of choice but has this issue, so wanted to start with your support.
In trying to troubleshoot this some more, I DISABLED all plugins except for Elementor and still get the error. Seems this is missing on this template then. I don’t get errors with other templates. Also, seems to only be an issue with homepage.
Added <?php the_content(); ?> to the file Rehub theme: index.php, pages.php and single.php but still getting the error.

Hi, I’m using vertical mega menu with ajax loading, eveything woks fine except for mobile use. In fact I am unable to open the links with a simple click. It only works by opening the links in a new tab. I thought I had omitted something then I saw that on your demo site “recart” it’s the same as you can see in this video. Thanks for the answer but this doesn’t work and according to the documentation “rh-mobile-linkable” is for element of menu which has sub-element. If u see in my video i’m talking about the sub-element itself (level 3 & 4). I still tried to add this class to the submenu but it doesn’t work.

Ok, I checked what you mean. It’s working correctly, Recart mega menu demo is just for design purposes, it doesn’t have real links. Please share link on your own page where I can see that you added links and they are not working
Sorry but I am unable to share a link with my current config.
However, if I still look on your “recart” demo, I am aware that there is no link since it is a demo but if we take the example of the first menu: “Smartphones & gadgets”, we should be able to click on the products (DJI Osmo Active Camera, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7) but this is not the case. The link works the first time you click on it but it no longer works after reloading or changing pages.
This only happens in the mobile version, on the desktop version there is no issue. I tried on chrome, edge, IOS and android.
I don’t want to waste your time but if you could check with the example cited above I would appreciate it.
One more time. Demo menu on recart has no links, they are empty # links. If you have issues on real site with real links, you can send to me. You can do this privately

I currently have not a full width version of my website. Is it possible to have posts to have a boxed version? And if yes, how can I do it?
I can only change to a boxed version globally, but I want to only change to a boxed version on the posts. So, menu and top header should still be full width version. Only the post is then a boxed version.

Demo import is not working in rehub theme. I have tried my best but it is not working. You can check it by installing rehub theme after purchase with latest download. I could found any latest video on youtube about its tutorial. Tutorials are 9 months older and are not working with current version of rehub theme for importing any 1 click demo import for redeal or any. Please fix it. I have bought this 1 year before, But I am very sad for my decision, my money got wasted. Its my fault, not yours. But my 50$ got wasted, till date I am not able to earn money using this theme. Again its not your fault. But, I am sad. I have not much knowledge to build everything with own, I feel there is very less support for this theme in youtube. Everything we have to do with own knowledge, if we lack then no option except for being sad and regreting for buying this for 50$. If possible please help
