Hi Muffin,
I need to remove the Betheme license from my previous client’s website, as it has already expired. However, I forgot to use it on the subdomain. When I tried to delete it, I received an error message stating that the purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code, even though I had clearly bought it from Themeforest.

We have been trying to work with support—our license key has been compromised and used on a website we don’t even own.. because the website is not something we own we cannot cease or remove the files and our license key is useless.. very disappoint and support just stopped replying to us.

we are sorry to hear that you have noticed PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) error but this has nothing to with the theme itself. You get this error due to not having php7.0-cURL installed on your server and that’s why you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider to sort it out on server side.

Please I need help. I bought this them last year but the website I used it n was no longer active. I deleted the website and got a new domain but I forgot to deactivate the them before I got rid of the old website. Hi! We are trying to do something simple: to horizontally align a submenu by making it appear aligned to the parent or at least centred on the parent, but we are not succeeding with the theme functions. We have also made an attempt with the mega menus but have not managed to align or centre the submenu to the parent.
We also wanted to register on the support site but the licence number is not recognised so we can’t register.

Hi! I have a question I hope you can help me with: I have an old site running on WordPress 4.9.25 with Betheme 20.8.8.1 and PHP 7.2. I can only update PHP to 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3. How should I proceed, and in which order should I do the updates?
Correction – I could also update to PHP 7.3 or 7.4 as in-between-steps, if that makes sense.

I built the site in WP Bakery so it appears that I am unable to use the Header Builder. The template is calling the Contact page for some reason and it’s not populating properly. is there a way around this?

according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on the Envato marketplace.

For anyone wondering: you can use the copy/paste to use on the same site, but there is no way to copy a single section to a different website (eg. from staging to production).
