Been using this nice and powerful theme for about 2 years now. Had installed a child theme that have been using since. Before was able to update the theme but since the version 2.9.2 am not able again to update, causing a lot of dysfunctions on my site. I HAVE deleted the old website with which I had this theme, now I have installed it to use it in another url and replace an installed theme not related to this one. When installing this theme and trying to install the demo it tells me that the parent theme is not installed, that may be happening.

Update: For those with the same problem, I found the culprit! It’s incompatibility with the Villa Themes plugin “Product Size Chart For WooCommerce”, once I deactivated it the product tabs worked as usual.

Great theme!!! I have a license (expired). This is a feature request: Please add Network Shared Images feature for multisite environment. For ex: a WC product from site 2 can view images from site 1, including images for variations, swatches, etc. In a multisite, the size of storage increases fast due to many shared images. Currently, I have to copy the images across sites. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems (it will be faster once a cache plugin is activated).
Anyway, if you buy XStore and site speed is not suitable for you after cache plugin installation, and content optimization we’ll be able to give you a refund.

Hi, how are you? I have a issue with AJAX-loaded Product Pages. When users navigate to a product list page and click the “Load More” button, additional products are dynamically loaded as expected. However, when a user clicks on a specific product to view its details and then presses the browser’s back button to return to the product list, the previously loaded products are not preserved. Instead, the page only displays the initial set of products. Additionally, the page automatically scrolls down to the bottom, attempting to locate the last viewed product, which leads to a confusing user experience as the additional products are not present. Additionally, I have observed similar behavior on your demo site at https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/electronic-mega-market/shop/. When I load more products, select one, and then go back, it only shows me the page I was on previously, appending “page/2” in the URL, without the possibility of seeing the earlier products.
