hello, i am interested in buy this but iwant to try a demo? and i am wondering if am i supposed to buy the regular license or the extended once. if my business module is commission-based transactions (commission-based transactions will be handled manually not throughout the website)we’ll charge a commission upon successful property transactions, collected via local IBAN transfer from sellers/renters but the visitors( Seekers) won’t incur any fees.

Here’s a brief overview:
Admin Panel: I need the ability to approve listings and potentially prioritize certain offers in the listings.
Seller/Renter Tools: Users should be able to effortlessly upload, edit, and remove their properties from the website.
Property Seekers: Visitors should have access to advanced search options, categorized listings, and Google Maps integration for efficient property searches.
Regarding our business model, we’ll charge a commission upon successful property transactions, collected via local IBAN transfer from sellers/renters. Seekers won’t incur any fees. Could you clarify if this falls under the regular or extended license?
and by the way does it support Arabic and French languages ?and if i want to edit the translation a little bit is it okay?

I would like to comment on the following Theme: this is a Theme with global users, the team should focus on improving the interface to make it beautiful such as: search bar, menu, blog page…, and reading speed. user registration email confirmation is not working, confirmation emails are not getting sent to the user after registration, they are not found i n the spams either. i checked from the backend and all those users can all be found in the backend. can you help to fix this as urgent as possible.

i followed the link provided here to customize the listing card but after changing the font colors and background color to make the card a bit more visible and clearer , nothing seem to change at all. i was actually trying to change the grey background color to white and the font color to blue :RealHomes Documentation: https://realhomes.io/documentation/

I would like to use your theme for property rental services, so I want to know if your theme has the features below.
1. Commissions – you can charge hosts with a commission on every successful reservation made on your platform
2. Paid Listings – you can charge hosts for listing their properties on your website
3. Listing Promotion – you can promote certain properties for an extra fee by making them featured.
4. Statistics: Provide hosts with daily, weekly, and monthly insights about unique visitors and the number of listing views.

1. Currently, the Commissions feature is not available in RealHomes.
2. We do offer a Paid Listing feature, where you can charge a fixed amount per listing or create multiple membership packages for your customers.
3. Absolutely, you have the option to mark any property as Featured. These Featured properties will then be displayed prominently at the top of search results and listing pages.
4. We provide Property Statistics, allowing users to view insights such as Daily, or Weekly, or Monthly unique visitor counts for each listing.

I created a support ticket, it was replied but when I checked my inspirytheme account later the ticket i created disappeared, and the Import Demo also not activated despite I sent my site backend login details.

Hello,
We have a problem with the photos in the property galleries, within the page of each property. When we open a photo, the option to advance to see the next or previous one does not appear. It is as if it were a viewer to view a single photo.
We also do not know if related to this, the icons that appear above the photos of the property listings, which indicate the number of photos and videos that that property has, when clicking on them do not open the popup with the gallery or the video .
The theme and plugins are updated to the latest version, we have done all kinds of tests but we do not see where the problem comes from.
