Is it possible to transfer a licence for Newspaper to another account? A new agency is taking over the account. Please advise.

Transferring data between accounts isn’t possible according to Envato https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/24455030832025-Can-I-transfer-a-license-to-other-Envato-account But there are exceptions https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq#license-transferable-a That presumes providing the license key and terms to the new owner, and they have the right to use it. There should be no problem.

A gaming demo has been suggested before, and we are strongly considering providing it. But I can’t say when it will be available unfortunately. A gaming website with custom post types and taxonomies can be done with the theme. It could be based on this demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pc_forge_pro/ or another directory demo. The default demo data can be customized, new taxonomies can be added, new custom fields, etc. It may take some work but it can be done.

I see, thank you for the reply! That demo seems like a very good base for that indeed. I’m not a super technical person so I’d still prefer to wait, I understand you have other priorities in place first but I’m still hopeful the gaming prebuilt will become available at some point, even if it’s months from now
I made the mistake of hiding a header button.
I want to see what the header would look like without the button. In all of the element CSS tabs, display, i selected HIDEN on all 4 device layouts and saved it…
but then I realized I cant bring it back because there is not element (tab) to select to to change the display.
I know its still there because i see the shortcode on the wordpress edit page.. its there.. but its hidden.
How do we display an element after we mark it as HIDDEN under CSS > Display under the elements tab???

We actually added an option for this case. The option is in the website manager https://prnt.sc/Q8g9xA2XUYz2 Please activate it and the hidden element should be visible so you can select it. It may be needed to refresh the page after activating the option and saving. Please try it. As a note, if you are using an older theme version, from before we added that setting – https://prnt.sc/Ki7J3pJBf6zJ then this will not be available.

1. That is possible. The theme provides options for frontend post submission https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-12-update-is-live-explore-the-new-features/ This can be conditioned to allow only registered users to submit content. The submitted content can be created as draft, and an admin can verify it and publish it.
2. Unfortunately not. We may add an option for this in the future, but I can’t say for sure. It will have to be done in a different way, not through the theme.
3. The theme works fine with most plugins. Chances are that there won’t be any problems using the plugins you want.
4. The theme ad system is very simple. There are ad boxes https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ These load the ads set in them, and can be placed almost anywhere on the website. Of course, if its required to use a more advanced ad management system, you can use a plugin.

1) Can I organize homepage posts like “random”? we want to create like news feed scroll page and when user refresh page we want show posts randomly. a) Also we want create some pages for TOP posts, or trending posts, by month, by views count or maybe by most commented posts.

1. Each theme grid or block has its own filtering and sorting methods. They do have a random sorting method, and sorting by most commented, and sorting by popularity based on a view counter the theme has. 2. Maybe that is possible. But please note that I can’t say for sure if or how it is possible to display a badge from the plugin, in the theme blocks. The badge provided by the plugin may appear only in the plugin provided pages and sections.
You could test everything you want by purchasing the theme. In case the theme is not suited for the website, we can provide a refund.

What would be the steps to import all 5 demos? And utilizing the Fonts and Style from City Pro across all (Header & Footer)

Each website installation where you use the theme will require activating it with the key, which is normal. And a key by default is for a single website. Mixing the theme demos, pages and templates is possible on a single website however. But not by installing a new demo, because that will remove the previous demo. It can be done by importing the demo parts you want from our cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All Maybe it is possible to do what you want without using subdomains. But if it requires using subdomains, you may need more keys. I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and explain the situation a bit more, then we can provide advice. Let us know.

Hello Team, I have a paid version of Newsletter theme but the theme is not working properly, I am unable to do any changes smoothly during development because theme elements are not working well. Sometimes it also shows “No domain associated with this license key” and sometime it shows domain names which I can’t assign or unassign because this feature is disabled while I have installed and registered it well with purchase code. Please have a look into this problems in high priority asap.

The option to reassign the key is conditioned by a time delay. So for example once a key is assigned to a website, it will only be possible to unassign it after the time delay passes. We added this system to try and prevent license abuse. But in case you have to reassign the key as soon as possible, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the key so we can check. The issue you mention “No domain associated with this license key” could happen if the theme cannot connect to our server and verify the key. It can be caused by a few things, like plugin conflicts, security or firewall restrictions, maybe others. We could take a look and we can discuss further, I suggest to send us an email and provide the key and a link to the website where the issue happens, and admin login. Also please mention in the email how you would like the key to be assigned. Let us know.

I just want to know is this possible to change the news category automatically after a certain time (i.e. 24 hrs).
For example i have a news website and a category named “Trending News” when I publish new news post I select the “trending news” category.
But i want that after 24 hours news post automatically move to the other category like whatever category I select.
Is there any way to do this or do you have any alternate solution.

Changing the post categories, or the filter/sort settings of a block will require doing it manually. Maybe you could try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-expirator/ I see it offers the option to change the categories of a post using a schedule. You could give it a try.

One of the first themes I purchased was Newspaper. I don’t know if the “Problem” persists. I would like any block, when there is no photo, the text would occupy the space, instead of a gray space!

You are referring when there is no featured image, right now there are a few options, you can use a placeholder image that will be used for all articles without a featured images, or use a block that do not have a featured image.
Unfortunately, migration from a theme to other will not be quite easy, most of the time the layout and sometime the pages made with builders it will be need to be redone. Now, with the layout part will be quite simple, since you can install a rebuilt website that you like and just adjust it after your needs using the tagDiv Composer.

Using our theme you can achieve something like that, but it will required a bit of work. Our theme has it’s on subscription plugin, but it can be used a pro subscription plugin if is needed. 1. The options provided by the theme are log in using Google and Facebook, for other options you’ll need an extra plugin. 2.
