Hello, I had to reinstall the MasterStudy theme on another domain and need I cannot activate on my new domain.

I do not have access to the original domains anymore and would like to have my recorded domains/IPs cleared.

According to the Envato Support Policy, license should be used to activate single domain.

Before changing the domain, the license should be deactivated following our manual below:

I have just received a new subscriber but when he tries to take the course he gets the message ‘Your subscription is not active’ and he cannot access the course. I saw that there are many other comments reporting the same problem so I think you should fix it as soon as possible!!! YES, if i disable Paid Membership Pro everything works fine.

it happens when the Functional pages of MasterStudy LMS or Paid Membership Pro plugin are not set correctly.

Can you please set pages for MasterStudy LMS in Dashboard > MS LMS > LMS settings > LMS pages section?

When registering or logging in, the button enters an infinite loop after a certain period of time. There was no such problem when we installed the theme before. We started getting errors after the latest versions. There is no cache plugin on the server or WP. If you do not say it is a cache problem and you can solve the problem, I can renew my support license.

I am facing the same problem when i open a course it shows “There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

I have update to latest version and this errors are appearing.

Hi, i did downgrade to PHP 8.0 now it shows this errors with toolset then i removed the Toolset Plugins and now it is showing this error when i start learning a course lesson. Are the Toolset Plugins needed ? when i install your website in a new subdomain for comparing purpose between my current website and your new theme demo, i see that there is no Toolset plugin anymore. How can i fix the issue below ? I have try by reinstalling masterstudy pro plugin etc. but still same.

The Toolset plugin is not included in theme package and not compatible with MasterStudy LMS.

The error you provided may occur if the Theme and MasterStudy LMS pro not updated to the latest version.

Anyway, I would like you guys to change the type of response you give to users when clearly it is not our fault, that there is a problem. Making us paying users chase ghosts.

Your response should be in the lines of “Something went wrong on our side, we are working on fixing”

Not lecturing everyone about how subscriptions work or how we did something wrong with the settings etc…

You just copied and pasted the same answer to everyone, Do you really believe that more than 8 people totally unrelated had the same problem exactly on the same day in different parts of the world? Common, you are better than this.

We received similar requests after fixing the Paid Membership Pro compatibility issue.

We had to provide similar answers because it fixed most of the cases and users confirmed it on our support platform.

By doing a further investigation with individual cases, it was detected a problem with manually enrolled students.

If we take your initial comment you wrote: “After update latest version , students enrolled in the course cannot access the course. When they clicked course it’s showing purchase course again.” It was difficult how the uiusers enrolled to the course, they purchased or enrolled with membership.

Fortunately, some users said, they enrolled users manually in the paid courses and the course was included in membership-only courses. This kind of information was helpful and we provided a fix as fast as possible.

While we appreciate user reports for fixing issues with our product, it would be better if they included more details. This saves time and helps recreate the case on our staging site.

Today a message “Membership is not active” appeared in the paid courses and when I entered it did not let me enter the course even though it was assigned to me.
