Regarding subscription, you will need to use a plugin that offers something like that, Avada itself does not have any subscription model built in.

Allí encontrarás el dominio donde está en uso cada código de compra respectivo. Captura de pantalla aquí → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (puede pulsar el botón de actualización para actualizar esto o (icono de cadena) anular el registro para liberar ese código de compra y utilizarlo en otro dominio).

I use ACF. I am just wondering how long it takes from when there is an ACF release to it being availble to update via Avada plugins? e.g. 6.2.10 is out today with a security update and it’s not available to update via Avada yet?

Hi, We have a Site built with Avada, Built by a team long ago. The Hosting company have discontinued older version of PHP and changed PHP 8.0 and above being the default version now, since then a page on the site is not working. Can you please guide us to resolve this. If Updating the Theme will help on this ?

What version are you coming from? If it’s a very old version like 3.x or 4.x then a stepped update approach would be required.

After attempting the above procedures to update the theme, Now the backend even crashed, couldn’t able to access wp admin, Tried contacting server support and their reply is attached on the Screenshot, as they are clearly saying this is an issue with the Theme, Can you please help us to fix the issue. A presale question. I’m sure I’m not the first one who asks it, but I can’t find the answer here. I’m going to buy Avada and build a website for my client. So first I install it on my hosting, register the theme, build the website, and then move that website to my client’s hosting. Will I have to re-reregister the theme or what shall I do?

Hi,

I’ve purchased Avada a while ago, and my website looks good on my end or if I’m logged in. If I view my website via Incognito or if someone else views it, a lot of my design doesn’t exist and it adds the basic Avada elements to my website such as ‘purchase Avada’ at the top of my page. It even links to the Avada item listing here from clicking my portfolio items.

Disqus system not working on the theme. Completed the installation but the comments stay the same with the defaults comments which is old and obsolete.

Definitely possible to do so, we have a menu element already which can be used anywhere you want, you can even use it directly on page or combine it with the layout for inner pages and you can set your menu anchors wherever you want on the page, it should smoothly scroll to those anchors without any issues.

You can also use our one page text link element if you instead want to trigger the menu from a text or an image.

hi, Can you confirm if the theme is suitable for my case

Here’s a brief overview:

Admin Panel: I need the ability to approve listings and potentially prioritize certain offers in the listings.

Seller/Renter Tools: Users should be able to effortlessly upload, edit, and remove their properties from the website.

Property Seekers: Visitors should have access to advanced search options, categorized listings, and Google Maps integration for efficient property searches.

Regarding our business model, we’ll charge a commission upon successful property transactions, collected via local IBAN transfer from sellers/renters. Seekers won’t incur any fees. Could you clarify if this falls under the regular or extended license?

and by the way does it support Arabic and French languages ?and if i want to edit the translation a little bit is it okay?

Happy to hear that you are interested in Avada Website Builder, for the listing you will need to look for an additional 3rd party tool that offers the required listing features, you should be able to use ACF for this to create a custom post type in this case and give your users permission to create that specific post type, an example can be seen in our prebuilt website here => https://avada.website/real-estate/

In terms of your ecommerce requirement, that is something that will require a different plugin to entertain those as that will require some level of payment gateway depending on your exact requirement, the regular license should be enough for this.

Regarding the multi language, Avada surely is compatible with WPML and Polylang and can be translated into multiple languages without any issues, we have detailed documentation about how to setup both plugins.

I highly recommend that before launching a site with an Avada template, run it through SEO frog; I assure you, you will be stunned by the extra H2 and H3 tags that are not on the page.

Would it be possible in the gallery component, to (feature request) be able the select all images of a certain Filebird (virtual) folder ? Hi, I have 2 licences for Avada, one is live on a website and the other was active on a website but I since removed it due to selling the site, but when I try to use the licence on my new website, it is stating that it is still active on the old site? You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/ – (Active support is not required)

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.
