This is not the answer.- I didn’t add offers in post offer. I wrote an article with some objects from Amazon with prices. They are inside the article as shortcode from COntent Egg. Sometime they appear , sometimes they don’t. It is an erratic behaviour and it is really annoying

You used demo posts and copied them. There is no any other reason if you see buttons in posts. You used post offer or duplicated posts with post offer or enabled any kind of synchronization, but you can see post offer section

So, you enabled Content egg synchronisation which has only one purpose- saving CE data to post offer that creates button. Now, when I provided you that this was possible reason you made me 1 star rating. Really?
Mate. It’s 10 days I have this issue open. Your first reply was a short one line explanation that was not explaining anything. The rating is coming from there. NOw that you are replying it’s a different story of course. In any case I tried to disable that syncro, saved the changes and reload archive pages but nothing is changing. Is there anything I can do? Seems a bug to me in any case. Why sometimes this syncro generates buttons and some other times doesn’t? Also there are different products in each article but where this button appear it appears only for one product and not for the other. I could be wrong but this behaviour is strange
of course, its not changed because it’s already saved. And first message was also correct. If you open any of your post, you will see post offer section. Theme doesn’t add it automatically, so you added it by enabling synchronization

I think it’s a bit unfair when you make some settings that gives you specific result and then you blame theme and gives it 1 star for this result.
Again. 1 star was given for lack of support after 10 days. I can and will change my rating because support today is satisfactory. “don’t add offers in post offer section and you will not have prices there” this first reply doesn’t explain anything, honestly, probably to you that made the theme, for a new user it could be difficult to understand and find the place you are referring to. coming back to issue. I understand that syncro saved some data from CE, clear. Question is if it’s possible to reset those data in ordere to have a correct archive page.
Second question is to understand why this syncro generate that wrong button for some articles and not for others and why it creates only one button for article that have 5 products from CE in the text. The behaviour is not logic, so two option: 1- I am doing something wrong (please tell me what) 2- there is something wrong in the theme

The issue is that the price that you see in second screenshot is not even any of the products in the article, which is even mor confusiong to me.
Please come back to me to try to find where is the issue. I have to correct it or to understand where is my mistake, otherwise the website I’m building cannot use Rehub theme. Thanks
One more time. Sync option makes only one thing – it takes data of CE and save it to post offer. Post offer makes only one thing – it creates buttons and prices in posts. So, you enabled the creation of this button and price and then blamed the theme for doing this.
If you don’t need buttons – disable synchronization and clean post offers in posts.
Please, Take the time to read the question before answering. I clearly said that Sync is DISABLED. I created a NEW article. and the button I have in the archive post is showing a price that is NOT EVEN in the article I wrote. You have all the link to screenshots and PDF of the article for you to read, if you want to help me solve this issue.
theme doesn’t set prices in articles, only CE can do this. Disabling synchronization will disable synchronization only, it doesn’t disable existed saved data. You can clean them in Post offer. I wrote that you need to delete post offer in first message. Post offer panel in available when you edit post.

I get the error “503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!” when I try to use on a new page the taxonomy archive block to display alphabeticaly the 450 stores I have for a coupon website. And now also, I can’t open the page to edit it because I get the same error. I increase everything regarding PHP from cPanel, also I have updated something regarding the hosting but same error.
What can I do?

I have done this and also change the theme to another and then come back. I use licensed theme that is up to date along with the Rehub framework which is on Version 19.6.3. But nothing works. Also I get in the same time the error „Not a valid JSON response” when I try to modify the taxonomy block or when I try to publish the page. And after a while also I cant edit anymore the page from Gutenberg because gives me the 503 error.
I tried now also to deactivate Rehube framework and after that it works to edit the page again. So maybe is something about the framework that is not work?
no, framework just show you error when you save something, of course if you don’t use dynamic blocks it will not show.
Please deactivate other plugins one by one

I have tried right now also with the Query Addon that I have with the taxonomy archive from there and it works from that addon, but I can’t see the logos of the stores even the plugin rh_get_brand_logo is already installed. So I think that there is some issue with Rehub framework why is not working taxonomy archives.
rh_get_brand_logo doesn’t add any logos to taxonomy archives. You must add logos when you create or edit store

For the products we only want the button to link to the product and not the image / h3 title in grid of woocommerce / directory style. Hello, I have two problems related to the mobile version. 1. Mobile logo not showing in posts and pages. On the home page it works as it should. 2. Burger navigation icon is visible on mobile version. But the menu doesn’t expand on click. This is again only in posts and with transoms as in problem no. On the home page it works as it should.

I’ve imported the Relearn theme at https://edutechcentral.com. I tried to edit the relearn homepage Gutenberg but some errors are showing in the blocks. Maximum blocks are showing “Attempt block recovery” option. While clicking recovery buttons the designs are appeared to be broken. Please see the issues and help me to edit the page.
Yes, you need to click on this button, then simply remove text and add own in blocks. Issue is related to wrong encoding on your site, but this can’t be fixed, however you can simply change broken text

There is 0 features added to the theme since years, you guys just do some minor development and call it update. Please add features to the theme – better optimization for mobile & desktop devices, able to display similar stores based on categories, able to add socials for brands, add email/telephone support, etc. There are 100 of things to do. Pick ideas from https://www.premiumpress.com/wordpress-coupon-theme/. They have really done good work in terms of development.
all updates are added into bundled plugins, theme is already balanced and no need to change things which are polished. All new features are added via GS bundled plugins, this gives more flexibility
I appreciate the updates but the bundled plugins only work for design that to specifically on homepage design, but it’s essential to extend these improvements to other areas of the theme. Despite the 2022 update, the theme lacks customization options on pages like store and post, which haven’t been updated since I initially purchased it three years ago.
Here are a few critical areas where enhancements are necessary:
Dealstore Layout Optimization: We need a flexible layout that displays more offers on the initial page load. The current “Deal List” is suitable for desktop, but the “Mobile Optimized Deal Grid” is better for mobile devices. A responsive design that adapts to both is crucial. Currently, I can’t use both for different devices. Content Management: Implementing a “Show More Block” would help in hiding extra content, thus improving page load times and our pagespeed score. User Engagement: Adding a feature to display similar stores could significantly enhance user engagement and usability. Custom Blocks for Stores: There’s a need for more custom blocks in the store area for things like social media links, support numbers, and emails.
These updates are necessary for the theme to remain competitive and user-friendly. I’m ready to provide more detailed suggestions if you are open to implementing these changes to avoid wasting time for both of us.
It’s not correct, currently wordpress moves in direction to be Block based and we are also moving in that direction and this is why all updates are moved to Rehub framework and to Greenshift bundled plugins.
1. “Mobile Optimized Deal Grid” doesn’t mean that it’s working good only for mobiles. It means that it has enhanced optimization for mobiles while keeping good design for desktop. And we made this layout especially for purpose to show many deals on page. And from that day, we didn’t find more perfect layout and I don’t think that it’s possible to polish it more.
2. Show More Block – this is available for list block. This is also available as infinite scroll for all blocks
3. Adding a feature to display similar stores – it’s already available as shortcode and available in demo content
4. Custom Blocks for Stores – store already support widget and several code areas. You already can put there anything including Gutenberg blocks as we added option to convert templates to shortcodes
I think you just need to study theme and Greenshift options
