كل ما اثبت القالب يتم اختراقه ونشر مقالات عليه باسماء اشخاص ليست في الموقع وبلفات روسية وغيرها .. يتم النشر في البوستات وليس في الاسئلة او الاجابات ما الحل حيث كل مره احذف كل شيء واثبت ولكن دائما اواجه المشكلة وقال لي الدعم الخاص بالاستضافة ربما المشكله في القالب اوبلاجن مانصيحت حضرتك لتفادي هذه المشكله؟

What we would like to do is have the ability to load questions as the site admin and then post the answer as the site admin as well, but we don’t want any subscriber/user answer to be upvoted past the admin answer.
I think we’re looking for a “sticky” option to the answer, or be able to mark the admin’s answer as the “best answer” so that when someone is reading the question they are receiving the most accurate answer at the top.
Also, do shortcodes work within the question or answer postings? We were wanting to show a video example of why the answer is the way it is through video as well as text. This way if anyone is confused by the written response they can watch the video.
It seems the best way to do this might be through a third party video plugin, but I was wondering if something like this would work with your theme?
The best answer already appears at the top, but if you want more than one answer to appear as the best answer or at the top like a sticky answer, we can do that for you at a custom price.

It’s probably a bug. Because if you view an answer with a shortcode from user profile -> Answers tab – its displayed correctly.
If you look at the answer in the direct question url, the shortcode is displayed as a text.

As you can see I own all your themes related to Q&A plus the mobile app plugin and I have rarely ever asked for support.
However I would like some small advice.
When I open the url www.ussninja.com on my mobile phone the menu is limited to Home, About Us, Contact Us and 1 more. I have set the menu to the same as for logged in users which is the full side menu but no matter what it does not want to show up. I stopped all cache and cloudflare and deleted browser history but yet I do not get the full menu to show while using mobile. When I look at Dicey settings I do not have a mobile option but only mobile app option.
I am a little lost. If I must pay for support I will but at the same time I may ask more lol. I normally try to do as much as I can myself. Lets see.

Hi Congratulation for a really wonderful theme, for what I have seen so far I think this may be the best question and answer theme in Themeforest,
I planed buying your theme but before I do please kindly help me with this 5 important questions.
(1) Do you have a post / page option? (2) Can the content like fonts and images be formatted like other normal WordPress themes such as news themes, (3) Your blog post clustered content contents are not really impressive, it makes me wonder if this theme is all about question and answer only, please can you share an example page of a well writing post, page and blog content? (4) Our interest is to use this theme as a question-and-answer theme with daily news contents submitted by site editors and subscribers, is this possible with your theme? (5) Finally, do you have video tutorials on how to fully customize this theme?

Only the questions that have an answer, the redirection works fine, but for the questions that have no (0) answer, the redirection does not work. please correct this. (example: https://redes.help/)

Did you check the spam folder? If yes and can’t find it, in this case you will need your install the SMTP mail settings.

Just add your information from Discy settings/Mail settings. Also you can use the WP STMP mail plugin.

I am using the Posts at Header and Footer option to display some posts under the question. I have updated to the last version and it display only the Lasts posts. Any other option like Multiple Categories, Single category does not work. Also the Order by does not work.

There is one license per domain, so if you have another site in another domain, you will need a new license, but if you have another site in the same domain as a subdomain or subfolder, you can use the same license.
