I am not able to update Betheme to the latest version. My support is expired. Does it mean that I can’t update the theme is my support time is not active?

I was changing a section in a page (by copy-paste a section) and it shows everything fine in the preview but the changes are not exactly the same on the live website.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Hello, congratulations on the theme, I use it with most of my clients, I think I have more than 32 licenses.

I recently saw that Wraps can be made Sticky and that will open up a new design possibility for me, since I don’t have to worry about having extensive content in one of my columns. The issue is that I implemented it for a client and it turns out that it only works in versions with a resolution greater than 1400px, that is, on a laptop and it is not visible.

Is this normal or are they already working on this?

I will have few questions to which I did not find answers in the documentation or support forum.

Testimonials slider: I have to use the version with only 1 photo, but I also need to have arrows on the side to move from one to another. How to make the slider items circle automatically? I cannot find a setting for that. I really need to have bigger photo within the slider – these are company logos, each is different in shape and width and height. Circle photo as it is right now will not do unfortunately.

Header: Something is wrong with the sticky header but I cannot find the problem. We need the sticky header to stay the same and centered as the main menu. We can do without logo within the sticky header. But I don’t know ho to set this up.

Hello, I don’t know why but on all the sites where I have a Betheme license, Betheme no longer offers me the Slider Revolution update. Indeed, the last active version of Slider Revolution that I have on my sites is version 6.6.16 while Wordpress tells me that the plugin exists in version 6.7.10.
