This is like a type of fraud. We purchased the theme. Then it needs to install with purchase code. Whenever we try to get it it doesnt work. Because the only option it gives is donwload. We tried 100 times this website envato is a fraud. Give us back our money please or give us a purchase code!!!!!!!!! It doesn download here at all. It only download your theme that is no any other option.

Hi – I have added featured images to my blog posts but I get the same image at the top of all my posts – the one showing when I created the blog post template. How do I show the image I have added to the post page – the correct images show in lists and thumbnails – just not on the blog post itself. Thanks

​Hello. After last updates I get this error in admin area on Page screen wp-content/plugins/wp-page-widget/assets/js/pw-text-widgets-extend-wp-text-widgets.js?ver=4.0.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Plugin folder was wp-page-widget, after updates wordpress-page-widget.

I think because of this I get 100% CPU load when using admin panel.

Hi … we purchased 2 licences and have been keeping the themes current until today. After the latest round of plugins/WP/theme updates on one site, we were not able to access WP admin; the website returned errors relating to ‘thegem-elements’ plugin – when we deactivated the plugin through FTP, we could access WP admin and most everything worked at the backend except we are not able to reactivate ‘thegem-elements’ plugin AND we were not able to access ‘install plugins’ under TheGem section of WP admin; needless to say the website is not displaying as it should due to the missing ‘thegem-elements’ plugin.

Can we download ‘thegem-elements’ plugin from your repository somewhere and manually upload it back on the server? .... just in case the plugin we had was corrupted during the latest round of updates – we are now at WP 6.5.2; ‘thegem-elements’ plugin was at version 5.9.6 – it has been deactivated.

Or is there any other way to get it working?

RESOLVED

1. We rolled back ‘thegems-elements” plugin to the version before the 5.9.6 upgrade and everything was back to normal.

2. We tried again to upgrade from the plugins tab (btw the popup Changelog is blank) and same errors again.

3. One of the errors pointed to a file in the inc/templates/elements/loop-product-rating folder (this folder was not present in the previous version) – turns out Line 289 of elements.php has a comma after the closing brace when there shouldn’t be one; that was the culprit!

Btw, the earlier URL to your contact form didn’t work because the hyperlink there too had a trailing comma!

Please check if both TheGem theme and TheGem elements plugin are updated to the latest version. In case the issue will still be there, please reply on our email and provide your URL, we will check your configuration.

Hi … we updated both theme and plugin but we rolled back the plugin to test if that got rid of the errors – and it did, confirming it had to do with the plugin update. We reinstated the updated plugin (which immediately caused errors) and then replaced the errant file (got rid of the comma) – which solved the issue! So now we have the latest versions of both theme and plugin! :)

Hi, we are using the WPML plugin along with Loco Translate on the website we are developing, and we have encountered an issue. We need to translate some basic store terms into multiple languages, such as “add to cart,” “search,” “all categories,” “view cart,” “check out,” “reviews,” and “out of stock.” We have noticed that the theme options only allow translation into one language, which is not feasible in our case as we have three languages activated. Could you please guide us on how to enable the translation of these terms for all the languages activated on our site?

I’ve finished site A using Gem themes, and I’m trying to create site B(different domains) with the A site’s same content, layout. Do I need to buy 1 more theme to do that? And if I want to move site A → A1, Should I delete the purchase code from site A and activate the purchase code on site A1?

Hi, one regular license is valid for one live / production website. Yes, in this case you need to purchase one additional license for B. By moving the website, you need then to remove all theme files from A and then deregister this activation via the license manager as described in documentation https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/295-license-terms
