And when edit a porftolio post of the gem with backend editor is not working (just frontend). Error is:

ReferenceError: vc_user_access is not defined​​

In pages and blog post is working fine instead.

What is the problem?

When I changed the title and saved the page, this change is not reflected​. I can see old title and description in backed and also on frontend.

Okay its getting redicilous. We managed through envato to install the them. Now when we try to install the demo it says ajax neede. We have it installed. What is the promblem wiht your theme?
