Hi we enabled SSL from the hosting. is there any other SSL to be enabled apart from that. then again we noticed that there is excessive delay of sometimes up to 20 minutes before users can receive confirmation email in their inbox

Is there any advantage using backblaze with this theme?
We’ve not tested with blackblaze but bunnyCDN video storage is a great place to store videos.

Are there any limitations using Youtube? Does it have any advantages over the other platforms ( except the part that it’s free )?
I was able to test and share a video of your blackblaze video on mail, so it works. Yes, youtube is free and can support huge video files which is a big advantage. I would not recommend you to self-host mp4 videos as they put a lot of load on server merely because of their huge size. It is better to convert them to streaming videos. There are some services like bunnyCDN Video which provide this cost effective way. We have a extension coming for it as well.

The only negative of youtube is discoverability and sharing of videos. Yes the extension would be available next month.

1. Are zoom meeting or google meetings embedded in the platform? 2. When sending invited via calendar is it possible to send invite to group of students participating in a course? 3. Can you add videos hosted on blackblaze? 4. If videos are used from YouTube, will these be unlisted videos ( not available for public visiting YouTube ) ? Will students see Youtube logo? 5. Please clarify on video masking.
1. Yes, we have created custom extensions for each for the above services to integrate meeting directly in our platform. Zoom meetings run inside the site.
2. Yes, the meetings can be directly shared with Students of the course, no need of calendar even, it would also show up on their calendar – meetings tab.
3. We have not tested this.

Yes it is possible, ensure that you have saved the signing key which is generated the first time you upload the package. This key is used to re-sign the package and release updates to your app.

No, we’ve clearly stated this feature is available. You can buy the extension and enable this feature. We ;ve not displayed this feature in the demos as well as per themeforest policy but the feature is available. We have bought the theme. I am tryng a BETA version of the website and I have this problem: when someone buys a course I SEE THE ORDER, the USER RECEIVES the woocommerce email but the user is not created under Wordpress > Users.
How can I fix it? (I am not using WPLMP theme, I am using a Generatepress theme). I have read all the options in LMS and VIBE BP and I can´t find the place where I have to configurate this.

Disable the guest checkout in WooCommerce – Settings . With the theme we have this configured by default.

The version 5 of the theme is currently delayed mainly due to our SAAS version. Since each of the functionalities of version 5 require a background service, these services will be powered by our SAAS infrastructure for the version 5.

I have spent a lot of time on this and not able to make it work. If you can’t fix it or at least advise why is this issue occuring I would have to request for refund since you are not able to do a meeting so that I can show you.
If the basic feature for student to enroll in batch and start course is not working than this theme is broken and I will have to file dispute for website as well as all the plugins that I purchased on top. Now I am fed up with this support and responses.

Apart from the drag and drop certificate builder, can one import or upload an already designed certificate to the app and use it for the student and still use the certificate verification system to verify such certificates?

Yes, the certificate are labelled as [studentid]-[course-id].pdf and attached to the Course. So if you edit the course in WP admin and upload a PDF file with this name then it should show up as valid certificate. Can the features be configured to have an alumni page that will carry their information, program registered for, to preview their certificates and also allow download of electronic copies of certificate.
Plus we need to add features like for example certificate generation and verification, alumni portal, registration portal, Fellows Forum etc.
Yes, we have Custom member Type feature which also allow you to create a different dashboard for Alumni’s. We have drag and dro certificate builder which generates PDF certificates, a certificate code validator as well. So yes this can be perfectly used as Alumni portal.
