Please follow these steps:

Navigate to Porto > Template Builder > Post Type.
Edit the specific product type.
Within the product type, edit the featured image element.
Set "Image Type" to "Single Image" and "Image Hover Effect" to "None".
Save your changes and check your site.

I think there might be a misunderstanding. As I mentioned earlier:

For multilingual sites, we recommend using the WPML plugin: https://wpml.org/

The language switcher will only work with the multilingual plugin, and you need to set it up on your site using the plugin documentation.

We have noticed a massive drop in our page speeds when testing using google page speed checker and lighthouse in the browser across all our sites. I have also tested your demo sites and seen the same issue. The main issue flagged seems to be “Minimize main-thread work” and ” Avoid an excessive DOM size”

You can only import one demo per site at a time. Importing another demo on the same site will override the previous one and may cause duplication, so it’s not recommended.

There’s no need to purchase any plugins. The theme already includes the basic versions of those plugins. However, if you want premium features, you’ll need to buy the premium plugin licenses separately. This is Envato’s policy for all themes on ThemeForest. You may wish to confirm this with Envato as well.

Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme from there and then re-register it with the same purchase code.

After that please navigate to Porto >> Tools and clear “Studio Block transients” from there.

i have ajax error when running the SETUP wizard and to install the recommended plugins in the PLUGINS section of the porto setup wizard. i have made php ini to allow a lot of execution time etc but still everytime i try to install or activate a plugin it says ajax error… why is that. also when i try to save WO BAkery i get UPDATE FAILED… please help. im so stressed about this.

i figured it out – It was a cloudflare SSL issue. I cant delete this message on codecanyon so please ignore it :) Thanks for a great theme!

For Porto WordPress Theme:

Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto.
Edit the translation you are using for the site.
Click the Sync button.
Find the words you need to translate, add the translations, and save.

Next, for WooCommerce:

Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> WooCommerce.
Edit the translation you are using for the site.
Click the Sync button.
Find the words you need to translate, add the translations, and save.

Lastly, for Porto functionality:

Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Porto - Functionality.
Edit the translation you are using for the site.

Hello, in the product single detail page i would like to show the page sub title when filled in. Currently the page title and page sub title is showed in the breadcrumbs. But we want to have it in the product detail page template like this: Title, Subtitle, Price. I have added a single product detail template, but there is no option to add the subtitle. All other elements are working fine. Can this be achieved by adding it from the custom detail product page?

Unfortunately, the “Porto Ultimate Heading” element does not currently support subtitles. It allows you to display the title, content, ID, and similar elements, but not subtitles: https://pasteboard.co/vwcoMot66LA8.png .

You can submit a feature request for this functionality in future updates of the theme. For now, adding subtitles will require additional customization. Thank you for your understanding.
