I’m using Qode LMS plugin to create some courses and then use the VC shortcut to show a courses slider in my Home page but in the course excerpt i want to add some bullet points. I see that its not allowing to render HTML in the excerpt. I found the code responsible for this ( https://prnt.sc/kd9j12CyG9h2 ) but i want to modify that code ( by removing `esc_html` https://prnt.sc/MWYlI16hsjLM ) from my child theme to keep it there if the plugin ever gets a new update. How to do it from my child theme or if theres any other way to keep it secure from the new updates? Or maybe you modify this officially in the new update? Thanks!

Hello! I wanted to set custom fonts for the Theme, but I can’t even upload the font files in the Qode Options / General /Custom Fonts section. It says I’m not allow to upload this kind of file? Did I miss anything? Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Regarding the ‘Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.’ notification when you try to upload font files – strictly speaking, this is not a theme related issue, it’s a server permission issue. There are several solutions. See the following articles:

Hello, absolutely love this theme, have bought this theme 4 times now, unfortunately having issues with installation and have been getting back and forth from your support aswell as my hosting and I just can’t install it on the new wordpress 6.5.3 version have maxed my setting in hosting and still have not been able to install. This has been going for 7 days now so if this can’t be installed would really appreciate a refund on my last purchase of this theme. Is such a shame as I was planning on using this for more websites.

i’m trying to setup the theme locally to test it
but it’s saying the license is used on some domain, i have not use it on any of my domains yet (the account access was given to few other people in team)
i have revoked the access for everyone else, but i’m unable to setup the theme locally
please help me clear this issue.
i don’t care who in the theme have used it, i want to revoke that so i can setup it locally, i can verify the purchase code and other requirements needed from my side
and as mentioned no other person have access to the account now, so hopefully once we resolve this error now, i will not face this issue in future again.

Unfortunately I can’t update your theme after the version 25.7 and the Bridge Core 2.7.2, because if I do, many parts included in WPBakery Page Builder are not visible and become pure code, like this: [qode …......]. The website becomes a series of images with on top this code. How could I solve this problem?

If I develop the site under a temporary domain, I would have to register the license for that temp domain and unregister it before moving the site over to the actual domain to register again on the new domain, is that how it works?

hi , after the update of wordpress i lost my logo in menu. also the drop down menu do not working anymore. The latest version of the theme is and the Bridge Core plugin 3.1.8. You can try to deactivate and delete Bridge Core first, then update the theme and you will get a notification that you need to install Bridge Core plugin, which will be the latest version that is included within the 30.5 theme version.
