I think the word “Home” and “search” from breadcrumb are not used by your theme from the “alpha” translation.
Home > Search -
Into the “po” file generated to translate “en_GB.po”, I see these two words. But on a search page results, the “Home > Search” words are not translated.
Do you know the PHP file used to show these words ?

These words are coming from the Udesign core plugin. If you are using the Loco translation plugin then please navigate to the Loco >> Plugins >> Udesign-core >> Edit the Translation language >> Find the words and translate them: https://ibb.co/FB7Wfnv https://ibb.co/48VwYC4

I updated UDesign theme to 4.10.2, but the plugin Essential Grid 3.1.1 with the security vulnerability still does not have an update from 3.1.1 to 3.1.2. When will that update be available?

Please try to update the plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins and if still you will face the same issue then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials so that we can have a look into it for you on your site and help you out.
I am at Udesign 4.10.2, but there is no way to update the plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins for Essential Grid 3.1.2.2. When I go to https://d-themes.com/udesign-support/ and sign in to Open support ticket it goes to a Wordpress Critical Error page. So I am unable to send you my WP Admin URL and Credentials so you can help resolve this. What is the next step?

Hello, I am trying to update the theme on marketingseo.hu. I can not update the core and essential grid. Error is : already_used. The license says it is ok and I can update the them but can not update the above plugins at all. The themeforest file (all files) does not contain the core plugin. How should it be fixed?

I just updated the theme from an older version (trying to move my client to php 8.1) and it’s telling me that my purchase code has already been used (back from 2016 – but it’s the same site, same server, etc.) can I get the code reset so I can apply it and re-activate the site? Thank you!

It looks like when I upgraded the theme it lost all of my data and customizations (even though I was using a child theme) so I may have to roll back to the previous backup I had taken – I’m worried I may run into issues with the activation code again. How can I prevent having to ask you to reset it over and over as I troubleshoot this upgrade? thank you!

If you prefer not to ask repeatedly, I suggest the following steps before removing the site or running a backup:
Navigate to Udesign >> Theme License.
Unregister the theme license.
After completing these steps, you can reset, remove, or back up your site. Then, reapply the license, and it should work for you.
I’m sorry, but I can’t find the Theme License setting to un-register? When I go to the Udesign menu section there is no “Theme License” option and it shows registered but nothing to click to change it.

I see that the theme is not compatible with Elementor. So that means that it’s no longer compatible with WPBaker? If so, why? I purchased the theme under the site designer that I wanted and needed. Now you’re forcing me to convert to a different one that I do not prefer. Totally sucks.

No, it’s not like you’re saying. The theme is compatible with Page Builder plugin Elementor but not with Wp-Bkakery.

The single product and post page layouts are custom-built in our theme, and the option for social sharing from the theme options has been removed. However, you can manage the social share icons by editing the layouts via U-Design >> Layout >> Template Builder.

No, you don’t need to use the Elementor Pro plugin with this theme. The theme includes the basic version of Elementor, and all our demos are created with it. However, using the Pro version is optional. It’s not required.

I do not have learnpress plugin installed in my site and I have tried to fix the vulnerability by installing latest learnpress plugin in my site but this has not fixed the vulnerability, so it is not related to learnpress plugin but to the theme itself.
I do not know if this might be a false positive, but I wanted to let you know, just in case, so that you can take action if neccesary and fix it.
