I have received an update of plugin which is even worse than previous working since now I am not able edit any BBB meetings. Sometimes it just doesn’t create new meetings. Deletion of BBB meeting is not working. Nothing works in BBB and I have already paid and spent so much money on this useless platform and the support is dead no reply received from owner

  • Do you have student monitoring reports?
  • Can the Course Author know how many classes the student took?
  • Would it be possible to know if the student stopped halfway through the video, for example? If there is some type of video report, for example.
  • Is there any monitoring control by the teacher over the students? If these students are doing the activities, if they are below in their grades or class averages. If they abandoned the course.

Hello, Please address the issue: the “My Tests” and “My Tasks” tabs do not display tests and tasks from courses you have purchased! They only show tasks and tests that have been specifically assigned to a particular student (this feature is used very rarely). We don’t understand this, because this is very necessary and logical functionality, and we purchased this theme based on the assumption that it works!

Ok only when you start those quizzes / assignments they’ll be shown here. Now, you’re assuming that we assign all the course quizzes to student on enrolling in the course, this is possible. I will share a solution on the ticket.

Hello there. What is the difference between Batches and Formation groups? I’m confused

Groups is general student groups. Batches are specifically created groups for Courses. So Batches can be used for following purpose :
1. Course starting on different dates 2. Instructor led tutoring 3. Corporate clients 4. School Classes , Each batch has its own administrator and moderator who can access statistics for the students in the batch.

There can be only 1 course announcement but many news items for a course. You can add them through the App page – Manage courses – Select course – announcements & news

Hello, We noticed an issue where, on the mobile version, there is no option to remember the password when logging into an account, so it needs to be entered again and again. However, you offer a remember password functionality. Why doesn’t this work in the mobile version? Your support provides instructions on how to enable this function in the browser settings, which has nothing to do with the site itself. We will not tell users how to configure this function in their phone or browser settings if this functionality is claimed to work on the site! So please fix this!

You can configure the time of the loggedin session from vibebp – settings. Since we do not have a page load on login, adding this feature would require a page load since this information is to be stored in an http cookie. It is possible but we have not got requests from any other user so far.
