I’m interested in your theme. I see that it’s compatible with Mailchimp but I have Mailerlite. How exactly is the theme using mailchimp and would I be able to use mailerlite with this theme?

I’m not familiar with Mailerlite, however out integration with MailChimp simply makes it easier for people who use MailChimp to integrate with our theme. As long as Mailerlite is developed well and supported, you shouldn’t have any issues using it alongside X. While we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins or apps, we do if you are subscribed to our One service.

Does this theme come with cornerstone website builder?

I purchased X ages ago but never got down to using it till now and I am quite satisfied, enjoying the building experience. However I have one reservation. If I have paid for the theme which is pretty much useless without Cornerstone, shouldn’t I have access to the Pro Cornerstone functionalities? I don’t think it’s fair that I have paid for the theme and am expected to pay separately for Cornerstone Pro if I want to, for example, build a custom header. Why don’t X Theme buyers have access to the complete Cornerstone kit?

That doesn’t completely answer my question. So you’re saying I can’t build a custom header with my version of Cornerstone?
You can build a header with the included features of X, however if you want access to the dedicated Header Builder, that is only included in Pro. We do not talk advertise that the Header Builder is available in X as it is only a Pro feature and always has been.

Hello, I’m considering building a website as requirement below:
1. Users can log in using Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts. 2. Access to articles is restricted to subscribers only, requiring payment. 3. Subscribers can select specific categories of news to subscribe to. 4. The website should integrate with the WooCommerce payment gateway. 5. Users should have the ability to become authors and share articles or news they’ve written. 6. Articles can have multiple authors contributing to them. 7. My X Pro (Agency) site experiences Yoast incompatibility issues, basically Yoast unable to read text hence I cant SEO optimise my pages. More than this. Some non-home pages (using same similar sections and blocks) full of text content are not readable by test google bot. It doesnt see the text at all. page is indexed, empty and page doesnt rank at all. I have 4-5 pages like that out of 8 total. I raised Themco support, and almost a week waiting for an acknowledgement or reply. They ignore me which never happened before, I’m paying for support. they do resolve other people issues. mine is totally and deliberately ignored. this is so bad as issue is to big to shrug off. I’m escalating no support issue now to Themeforest

Thanks for the kind words! We don’t have a native integration with that particular plugin however if it was well developed it should play nicely with X. With regards to social media integrations, there are several ways to display your social following through built-in Elements then you can customize from there. Take a look at this article for more.

At the time I paid for this, it included access to a forum where there is supposed to be forum with community posts. I am unable to create posts or reply to posts.

There are three types of support. 1. Forum Access Support – Access to our online forums. 2. Online Documentation Support – Access to our online docs and tutorials and 3. Direct Support – One on one help with product questions.
ThemeForest requires Direct Support to be extended after 6 months, however you continue to have access to Forum Access Support and Online Documentation Support.

I’ve never had to request product support before and so this is my first time. I just renewed support license for six months. I have five X theme single licenses.
When I login to my account to obtain support I see the greeting page “Hello XXXX”.
And then “Select a product or service to get started.”
But there’s nothing for me to select.
I have five single licenses but I do not see anywhere to get support on this page.
Please advise.
