Hello, I was wondering how can I disable or delete prettyphoto? It doesn’t work properly, is too small when it opens, X button to close it moves around, looks outdated, and if I install a lightbox plugin, they both pop up. Or is prettyphoto going to be updated? Thank you.
Also, on the blog feed page, is it possible to have the circled area where it says “comments are closed” replaced with the date the was published?

We don’t have any special file for BuddyPress, so I think Youzify should work fine if it is done correctly. We haven’t tried the plugin with our theme, so we can’t assure you that it will work 100%.

Hi there I am interested in purchasing this theme however I am having trouble finding information with the demos. If I wanted incorporate various sections from one section in one theme into another. How would I be able to essentially mix and match these sections? I have purchased a theme in the past and once I selected one demo theme I have been unsuccessful in selecting another to view as the second demo shown instead it shows the first demo. You can copy part from our demos / pages into other pages if needed.
For example if you like a part of one of our demo and you would like to add it to another demo, this is possible.

I am not sure what you mean, you can import multiple demos / templates at the same time.
Though the images that are copyrighted are not included in the theme demos and replaced by placholder.
Switching between templates should be easy since each templates will be loaded / created as a different page.
If you are talking about headers / footers we have presets in the theme options.

It is extremely bogus that the theme has not updated social media icons to replace the old Twitter bird with the X logo. Even the old Google + is still an option on there.
Is there no resolution to this? If not, this is a complete deal breaker and I will be moving onto a new theme. It makes our website look completely dated.

WP Bakery Builder 7.3 is working on Posts, but not even showing on Pages. We are using latest version of Wordpress, Fox Theme and all plugins.
Posts show Classic / Backend Editor options. But Pages by default open on Classic Editor Option, and doesn’t show Backend Editor option at all.
Checked the Role Manager for Admin user, and both posts and pages are assigned. This is happening since the last theme update. Please guide.

Hi I checked cpanel logs and see these 3 errors repeating again and again all over the log file. I am using PHP 8.1 and these error logs appeared. But when i changed to PHP 7.4 these errors weren’t logged.

More over, when i update WP Bakery plugin from Fox Theme update, it shows new version 7.4, but still shows version 7.3 even after update is done.
“Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
But the plugin is active and working on Posts, just not working on Pages.

Hi, currenttly you get 3 dashes when you open the mobile (burger) menu, would be nice to show ‘X’ rather than 3 dashes, so it can indicate you can close the menu
